“On a busy Saturday, we were able to get what we need real quick and checkout was wonderful. You could tell they were short staffed but an employee named “Brett”, I believe that’s his name of what he told the lady in front of us, was so kind and upbeat! He was wearing a shirt and tie even! I don’t know if you do employee incentives or what not but he needs one! Oh and this is by far my favorite dollar tree! Good job Grandville team!”
“The staff is very nice and helpful. The store is the cleanest Dollar General store around. The store manager has high standards of how she wants her store to look. Also this is one of the busiest stores.”

“All good except Christmas isn't discounted as of January 10th. I was told it WAS on sale. Unsure as to why it wouldn't be priced to move. Meijer stores are at 90% off. Not sure who is going to want it at full price in January. But all else was ok.”
“I come into this location every day and all of the employees are beyond kind and extremely helpful every single day but tonight I witnessed Jayda (and a male manager who’s name I don’t know) deal with a very unpleasant guest who was yelling at her from the beginning of the interaction about things out of her control. The woman held up the line for about 10 minutes causing issues. Jayda and the manager handled it perfectly. I would like to add that Jayda is probably the sweetest person I’ve had an interaction with while being cashed out at a store. She deserves raise for dealing with this situation tonight.”
“Dominique was such a nice cashier. She's so sweet and helpful! They truly make coming in there such a kind experience. She had such a long line and was by herself and handled it with so much grace and humor! She's absolutely adorable and must be protected at all costs ! Their craft section was super stocked and I totally took the opportunity to get tons of great paint ! Great location”
“I love this place! They have so many diff cool things, although you get what you pay for. And the price changed recently, so now everything's $1.50 I believe, instead of $1 like it used to be”
“Better condition than most DT's, however, I don't like the move towards being Family Dollar. Some items make sense in the $5 section, some don't. But the removal of commonly carried items in place of more expensive versions seems tone deaf to those who rely on Dollar Tree in the current economy.”
“This location seems pretty small, with a lot of goods for sale confined into a small space. I did notice they do have some pretty good sales/mark-downs, however, and the staff has always been friendly when I visit.”
“This store was going through a remodel and the staff did a wonderful job handling all of the shoppers in their store. Shout out to J the manager and Kat (as well as many other employees) for being so patient and professional in the time of customers rushing around their store and also dealing with all the other rude customers that were giving them a hard time for no reason. “the ladies here are super nice ? they got a good vibe..and as far as products, I find everything I could need for survival for cheap! food, blankets, dishes, laundry detergent, batteries. They have cool seasonal stuff too especially for kids. And a baby isle with different brands of diapers, baby lotions, wipes. hair accessories, makeup, medicine, the list goes on and on. “Went to this Dollar General store in Granville to get helium balloons for a party. The store is not kept up in as clean, a shapI as I would have expected. However, the single clerk that was working there this morning was extremely helpful and pleasant.”

“My husband and I shop here multiple times a week, since we live close by. It sure beats having to drive to a bigger store and contend with crowds and long lines. They seem to carry everything we need except for fresh meat & produce. Otherwise, we have been buying nearly all of our groceries, paper goods, and cleaning products here for years. Most of the employees are friendly and personable. As for the aisles being crowded with boxes and carts -- I suspect that they are not given time to properly stock shelves as a sole job. The cashier has to run between manning the register and filling shelves. We are extremely happy to have this Dollar General close by.”
