The lady was unbelievably unpleasant as soon as I walked through the door. Could clearly tell she did not want to cut anyone’s hair. Will certainly not be going back if she is working.

LOVE the app that allows me to walk in and be in the chair right away!
HATE that check out DEFAULTS to 25% tip and higher. If tip said 10 - 15 - 20 or custom then I'd rate 5 stars but I don't like the forced ploy.

We’ve been to a few different locations around Grand Rapids. This location is by far the best! My two boys (7 & 4) agree. The stylists check in with me regarding the cut and length even though they have the details from the last cut. They are thorough and always give my boys patient attention. Definitely recommend!

The lady is very rude and she is not listening what I’m saying she did what she knows very rude I’ll give -5 points . She screaming on me shouting and throwing the things like combs and all . Do whatever the customer not what you know

Been coming here for two years. Always the same staff - all very friendly and great consistent haircuts. In and out in less than 10 minutes for $20. Hard to beat that! Plus the online check in makes it easy to get in and out.
