Homedepot double charged me on a bill of $1158. So I was charged $2316. Because of this I got charged an overdraft fee! I went to the store to get it fixed and was told it was my bank, not them. I'm pretty f****** sure my bank doesn't change me twice for this. Because of this f*** up I have no money on my account for food, gas, cat food, and I'm going have to cancel my plans I had for Tuesday because my bank account is in a negative balance! F*** Homedepot and their sucky customer service!

I was in store to purchase a Gas Dryer on Thursday afternoon. Had one picked out and ready to purchase. Sales associate didn't seem interested in me as I waited. When done talking to another person, she went into the back room leaving me standing there. I left at that point and went to another store and was politely greeted and purchased a dryer from them. You just lost a Big sale from a customer that wanted to buy. Your door greeters are great, but sales people need training before you loose more sales. This could be a 5 Star Store with a little help!!!

I purchased a refrigerator for delivery. The first one was damaged on delivery. I called and they said they will send me a new one. The second one came and they damaged my house and brought the wrong color refrigerator. After 9 days of complaining, they finally told me that they have a no return or refund policy on appliances. They said the extended warranty I purchased covers 50% off parts. So they want me to buy new doors because they delivered the wrong color. Save yourself the headache and shop at Lowe's instead.

My washer wasn't properly installed. I had requested that it be installed when I ordered it. The paperwork showed I didn't request this. But the delivery guys agreed to install it. I wish they hadn't. Went to run a load after they left. I go in and see water all over my carpet. I check the hose, and guess what? It was dangling off the back! All the water went straight onto the floor. I had to go out, buy pliers, and do the work myself. Oh, and I couldn't get through to the delivery person to let him know what happened. Got put through to voicemail. How utterly unprofessional. I won't be ordering from Home Depot again, especially since the original delivery time earlier this week got miscommunicated by HD. I wish I could give zero stars. HD really needs to reconsider their delivery service provider.

I've been trying to get a warranty repair done since March 2021. Yes, I understand there's Covid and a shortage of help but when people tell me they'll call me back and never do after I've made countless calls, I'm furious. I'm sure they're very busy with customers who recently purchased items/services so why would they bother with someone who paid for a warranty and now needs them to actually follow through with a contractural agreement. My advice, don't bother paying for a warranty because they DON'T keep their end of deal.

I went to Home Depot in Walker MI to get 4 OSB boards. I couldn't lift them myself so I asked the cashier for some help. I stood there and waited at least ten minutes while she tried to get a hold of someone that could help me. In the meantime, there are employees everywhere walking around the store. The cashier finally got ahold of someone who could help me and they loaded my boards onto a flat cart that I couldn't steer with out the boards falling off. I'm so very disappointed and will definitely be doing all of my shopping at Menards from now on.

This is what happens when we big box ourselves to death. The stockholders have squeezed every nickel out with you and I left with zero customer service. It was even so bad that they stopped giving new employees their own orange vest. They had to use an old one with their name on tape. Meanwhile they squeeze all the venders and they simply add more water to the paint. Total crap, crap people, crap products. Please go out of business.

I purchased a Z Grill pellet smoker from Home Depot Online. I chose to pick it up in store to get the grill faster. Unfortunately the delivery was delayed, but with COVID everything has been delayed. Upon assembling the grill,I discovered the barrel was bent. I called The Home Depot and was given two options: take 10% off, or return for a full refund and order a new grill. I expressed my concern with returning the grill as I didn’t want to take it apart and the box was ripped

I have never experienced worse customer service ANYWHERE EVER! We bought a washer and a dishwasher; ended up returning dishwasher after 3 tries to get it hooked up. washer malfunctioned after 2 weeks, and the runaround has been unbelievable!owes from now on!!

We signed up for a kitchen makeover that was supposed to take 3-5 days as part of their advertised promotion. This was to include new countertops, cabinet and drawer faces. Because we wanted a little more done to our kitchen than the scope of their project we started the demo ourselves. They began work and it quickly became obvious this was going to take more than 5 days. Six weeks after they actually began work Covid closed everything down (which we understand, but they were already 5 weeks past their completion date). When things opened back up, it was several weeks before they found the time to get back to us. Drawer faces were installed crooked, crown molding was put on backwards with barely any attempt to hide the seams, the wrong size drawers and counter tops were ordered and we had to wait on those to get re-ordered. They had to bring in a new contractor to fix all of the things done poorly by the first contractor. We had to spend extra money on materials and made a support wall ourselves because they did not plan appropriately for the weight of the countertop. By the time it was finished it was a 5 month project and we had to delay putting our home on the market, which has hurt our ability to sell. We had difficulty getting calls back when we wanted to address these issues. Eventually they promised a significant discount because of all of their mistakes. How much did we get off of our $24,000 bill? $500. Don't use home depot home services.

I love home depot but please find someone capable of watering the indoor plants so they are not sitting in 5 inch water! I had a cashier drain my plant before I bought it and the water gushed out. Definitely seen this many times as I buy my plants there quite often.

Has anyone ever ordered something from this store & get the complete wrong item but have the employees adamantly tell you it was the right thing? Yeah that’s what happened to me. Ordered flooring online & had it shipped to the Alpine store. When they brought me my flooring it was not the right stuff.
