We went to pay off our car note. They took the payment and then deducted the payoff amount again from my account, putting my checking into negative. Even though the additional deduction went through Friday night, they cannot do anything to fix the error until Tuesday or so-instructed to try to not use my card, etc. Not sure where gas & grocery money is supposed to come from until then with my checking in negative and my savings zeroed out? After a 45 minute phone call with Huntington to see if we could get this corrected sooner, told "sorry, nothing we can do". Definitely getting a new bank this week. **Edit - My account is still showing negative when they promised funds would be corrected Tuesday.

I went in with an overdrawn account and I brought in 18 dollars all I had in this world and gave it to the bank they handed me cash to take with me and looked into my account. They didn't have to do that at all I started crying I still am. Thank you so much. A little humility goes a long way. Especially these days with how horrible people are. Customer service offered me a carrot in front of my head if I settle my account I started talking and I couldn't stop.

This banking institution has a very hard time keeping each visit consistent with staff poorly trained on protocol, unnecessarily demanding ID for things that don’t require one, and usually slow.

I have banked with Huntington for years. I called today to resolve an issue and couldn't get them to work with me at all. Time to find a credit union. Show some grace and understanding during these tough times and take care of your customers.

Multiple holds on checks all the time dke my persinal and business accounts Getting old and that just speaks no bonding or faith in the company. Have had checks on hold 4-5 days on a multi-billion dollar company.

I had an issue I spoke with Cindy, (believe she was a manager)she went out of her way to help solve a problem for me. I was two hours away I wish ever associate was as diligent as was with their customers.

Everyone here is so helpful! They fixed my account errors and reset my login information also, My girlfriend had cut her finger on the drive to Huntington. And the clerk heard about it and got her a bandaid even! Amazingly dedicated people.

Rude employee interaction every time we come in it’s the same. I work for a place down the road that has their account set up with you. You’re staff is rude and speaks down on me every time I step in to get our deposits taken care of and change. I’d never personally do business with this place. Stay away if you can.
