I went to the Alpine location on 4/26/2025. There's usually really inviting ppl working there. On this day (for the 15-20 minutes I was in the store) the two ladies that were working were so involved in their own conversation that they never took the time to greet me nor ask if I was looking for something specific. In my browsing I walked passed them at least three times. The Tanger location is closer to my home but I went to the Alpine location bc it's bigger and most recently has been the location that has had the items that I was looking for in stock. Hopefully, the ladies will come to work to be productive instead of having personal social time.

Mediocre Experience, Nothing Special⭐⭐⭐I recently visited Kirkland's and while it wasn't a terrible experience, it left much to be desired. Here are my thoughts:Limited Selection: I was expecting a wide variety of home decor items based on their reputation, but I found the selection to be quite limited. It felt like they were missing some key items that would have made my shopping trip more fulfilling.Average Quality: The quality of the products I examined was decent, but nothing exceptional. Some items seemed a bit overpriced for the level of craftsmanship and materials used. I expected better considering the price range.Customer Service: The staff was friendly enough, but I didn't feel like they went above and beyond to assist me. I had some questions about specific products, and the answers I received were vague and lacked detailed knowledge.Store Layout: The store layout was a bit confusing, making it difficult to navigate and find what I was looking for. It would have been helpful to have clear signage or a store map to assist customers in locating different sections.Pricing: While some items were reasonably priced, I noticed that many others seemed to be on the expensive side compared to similar products at other stores. It made me question the value for money I was getting.In summary, Kirkland's didn't impress me as much as I had hoped. The limited selection, average quality, and underwhelming customer service left me feeling unenthused about my experience. While I won't rule out a return visit, I will likely explore other options first before considering Kirkland's again.
