Mediocre Experience, Nothing Special⭐⭐⭐I recently visited Kirkland's and while it wasn't a terrible experience, it left much to be desired. Here are my thoughts:Limited Selection: I was expecting a wide variety of home decor items based on their reputation, but I found the selection to be quite limited. It felt like they were missing some key items that would have made my shopping trip more fulfilling.Average Quality: The quality of the products I examined was decent, but nothing exceptional. Some items seemed a bit overpriced for the level of craftsmanship and materials used. I expected better considering the price range.Customer Service: The staff was friendly enough, but I didn't feel like they went above and beyond to assist me. I had some questions about specific products, and the answers I received were vague and lacked detailed knowledge.Store Layout: The store layout was a bit confusing, making it difficult to navigate and find what I was looking for. It would have been helpful to have clear signage or a store map to assist customers in locating different sections.Pricing: While some items were reasonably priced, I noticed that many others seemed to be on the expensive side compared to similar products at other stores. It made me question the value for money I was getting.In summary, Kirkland's didn't impress me as much as I had hoped. The limited selection, average quality, and underwhelming customer service left me feeling unenthused about my experience. While I won't rule out a return visit, I will likely explore other options first before considering Kirkland's again.

Website is misleading, many items you can't actually get shipped to you. Their is very limited supply in the store and then when you try to purchase online items they aren't available at the distribution center (but website doesn't say out of stock) and the call center is unable to tell you what stores do have an item you are looking for. Disappointing to say the least.

I placed a curbside pick up order April 18th. I received the order confirmation which stated that I’d receive a separate email stating when I could pick up my purchase. I never received such an email, the next email I received was Sunday (memorial day weekend) saying I had 1 day to pick up my order (memorial day). I called Tuesday morning to check on my order and the gentleman I spoke with was extremely rude, cut me off every time I was in the middle of giving him the information he asked for, said he’d call me back then didn’t. I felt so overwhelmed and rushed that I wish I wouldn’t have called. I told him that if the order was cancelled, I wasn’t mad and understood. His voice was raised and he asked if I wanted my purchase so I told him if it was there, I’d be happy to pick it up. He just kept saying “this are chaotic right now” I understand things are crazy right now with Covid-19 and I was being more than reasonable and patient and despite my efforts I was treated very poorly from a customer standpoint. Having a hard time justifying shopping there again. If their Christmas selection wasn’t the best, I’d have no problem walking away.
