Carson and the team were incredibly helpful every step of the way—reliable, great communicators, and really skilled at helping me find the right style and fit. Alterations were handled quickly and professionally, and everything came together perfectly both times. Even though I live two hours away, I’ll keep coming back here for any suit I need. Can’t recommend them highly enough.”

“I’m so glad we have a store like this in our community. I had a great conversation with Marta when I stopped in yesterday and bought a super comfy organic cotton cardigan. This store represents the mindset shift that is so desperately needed around clothes, for our health, for the planet, and for workers’ rights. Clothing is an investment that should be chosen carefully and made to last using natural materials and planet-conscious production methods. Garment workers around the world have been abused for far too long, being paid so little for their skill and labor and working in unsafe conditions. “I’m not going to dock stars just because I personally think prices are sky high; obviously there are a few guys willing to pay them and someone behind the scenes is trying to make it in a tough biz. But $50 for nothing-special sweatshirts and $40 and up denim (which feels like 1/2 the store), I don’t understand this store at all. $80 for some basic Lands End type coat was just mind numbing.
The couple times I’ve tried shopping here, not once have I bought anything. Just 20 reviews in 2+ years being open lends credence to that. I will say it is a beautiful, intimate store that’s well organized; and there are some cool pieces especially if you’re into any Detroit teams/local collegiate.”
“Stopped in when visiting town for a wedding and my husband forgot to pack a nice belt. It was such a nice store with good service, we ended up buying the nice belt he needed along with a couple other more casual belts and some accessories. Good shop with quality offerings.”

“Great store! Modern, high end, super clean, and product presentation was on point. My type of store as I can pick up a casual pair of top notch jeans and a hoodie, or a pair of dress slacks with a button down and cardigan. Selection caters to adults trends but also has plenty of gear for youngster's who appreciate top notch quality! Most importantly, the Manager Frenchie is welcoming, helpful with suggestions, and understands the importance of Customer Service. When I need something, this shop is definitely towards the top! “I just want to say the young lady managing the fitting rooms at the Rivertown Crossing Mall today is a Rockstar! She was prompt, kind, friendly and courteous. I never saw her stop moving, she was very efficient. She even picked out an outfit for my daughter to try, just because she thought it would look good. :)”
“Are there any workers except 5 cashiers at the front? Anyways, there’s litteraly nothing you can go wrong with this place. Suits, casual attire, shoes, swimwear, sportswear, etc… very great for back to school shopping or many you just want to get your significant other a suit or a dress.”
“Went here to shop for a bachelorette party. They used to have alot more for the parties but it seems as though their focus is more on clothing and drink wear now. The workers were pleseant and pricing was per usual. We just didn't find much of what we were looking for.”

“I went to Tilly’s today bought some dope kicks, the store was so fresh and so clean. The staff was very helpful when the card reader was having issues. Lily and Landon were sweet and very helpful. Definitely recommend stopping in!”
“My daughter got sick today at Macy's, she threw up three times, twice was on the carpet. She felt awful and was so embarrassed. We found an employee to tell and both of the gentleman that helped were phenomenal. I was blown away by how kind and understanding they were. Top notch, I wish I'd have gotten their names but it was just a bit stressful. However whoever you are, working today (6/10/24) around 2pm thank you so much. I told my daughter we'd have to come back and shop here because it was such a nice experience even though it was not a nice moment in our day.”

“Bri at the Granville MI location at the rivertown mall was so helpful. She had great customer service and new her products. She made sure we were satisfied and took good care of us. I have never experienced customer service at that level. I can't leave out her General Manager, he greeted us during our purchasing transaction leaving us with confidence that we made the right shoe purchase for our son. He was very knowledgeable and made our buying experience well worth it... thanks to the both of you.”
