“Everyone there is super nice to deal with - I've bought furniture there a couple of times. One of my Steelcase chairs finally has an issue - the gas cylinder won't hold it in place for very long. I contacted Kami, with the expectation that I would drop it off for service or purchase a new cylinder and install it myself. To my pleasant surprise, she is able to get it fixed for free under warranty, and they are coming to me once the part comes in! “I found a price for Duracell batteries on the Office Depot app. Went to the store to purchase this product and found the price at the store was higher than the information on the store app. Asked the checkout fellow why the difference and showed him the website price. He looked it over and gave me the website price.”
