“The team at Noordyk ALWAYS provides us with excellent service. We want to support local businesses and we have for many years with Noordyk. Today we received a new machine. We are the oldest building in Grand Rapids. We have zero elevators! They had to go up three flights of stairs with the new machine and to bring the old machine down. They were patient and got the job done with no complaining! Christian and Schyler were fast on installing the new drivers and when ran into a little difficulty, resolved the issue right away! Very impressive! The crew, Andy, Christian, Schyler and Terry were great! Team work is the dream work is the old saying and they were awesome! Always friendly, always quick on their responses to service or anything we need! I recommend them over any large copier business! In our opinion, they are the best in the area! We give them 5 stars!! “Everyone there is super nice to deal with - I've bought furniture there a couple of times. One of my Steelcase chairs finally has an issue - the gas cylinder won't hold it in place for very long. I contacted Kami, with the expectation that I would drop it off for service or purchase a new cylinder and install it myself. To my pleasant surprise, she is able to get it fixed for free under warranty, and they are coming to me once the part comes in! I couldn't be happier, and I'll never buy office furniture anywhere else!”
“I am cleaner here and I must say these people are very friendly and very apperative of everything I do. There buliding is very nice especially their learning center! Their auditorium would be the perfect place for my orchestra to play lol overall steelcase is is great place to work for they are very well owned and well managed”
