“The truck we reserved was not returned by another customer. We were able to get another truck, but larger then we reserved, at the same cost. That is all good, but we do wonder if the larger truck used more gas, which then added to our over-all expense. The location tried to get the previous customer on the phone to get it back, but there was no answer. Hopefully they got the truck back eventually!”
“We've been with Crystal Flash since 1993, and have never had even one issue with customer service. Delivery is on time, delivery people and office staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and it is nice to pre-buy the LP for the year and lock in the cost.”

“A+ for a quick free fix (trailer light fuse).
I couldn't get a hold of them by phone, so I showed up at 12:30pm on a Wednesday to an empty store. After several minutes an employee came in, and initially told me they don't handle anything hitch related. I said I just talked to the folks on the Uhaul 1-800 number and they said to come here.
He took a moment to look up my make and model to find out where the wiring connections were stored in the vehicle. After popping off the rear panel of my trunk, he swapped in a new fuse and connected a tester to it. Good as new, and no charge!”
