I visited twice within two days, and both experiences left me impressed.
The customer service was exceptional—fast, friendly, and efficient, even in a busy environment. What stood out most was the teamwork. Employees genuinely seemed to support one another, stepping in where needed and working together to create a smooth, positive customer experience. That kind of teamwork is refreshing to see and deserves recognition.
One small observation from my second visit: professional appearance is part of the customer experience. While everyone was kind, helpful, and respectful, attire that repeatedly exposed the midriff felt a bit more weekend social scene than professional workplace. This is offered as constructive feedback, not criticism of any individual. A more consistent dress standard would better reflect the professionalism the team otherwise demonstrated.
Overall, a great experience. Excellent service, excellent teamwork, and a staff that clearly cares about its customers.

He helped me, worked with me to get my product BUT it still doesn’t make an excuse for the others not apologizing for the nonsense I went through. I Was on hold for over 10 min, only to get disconnected or hung up on, not sure, to call back again, told they can’t help me, put me back on hold. Finally, got ahold of a person, I explained my frustrations with her, she giggled, no apology but she did get some information for me. My shipment was in grandrapids mi, said to be delivered today, checked tracking number, says it’s going to now take 5 more days, 35 min away, I asked to just pick it up, what a mess, I will never have them ship anything else for me!”

They allowed me to take as many attempts as needed to get the print to turnout as I wanted. They were also very efficient when it came to printing out my poster. 10/10 would recommend.”
