I use the UPS Store in Comstock Park, MI all the time. Every single time I go in there, I am immediately greeted, and generally, helped right away, or next in line. Everyone is always friendly, and quick to assist. I have never had a bad experience inside the store - even other customers are great.

We go out of our way to use this location. Over the top customer care, always a friendly "Hello" and speed of transaction is the very BEST! Hats off to the team and the store manager for making returns a great experience!!!

Brought two boxes to UPS store on Alpine for Happy Returns. I have to walk with a cane because of severe back & leg pain. A young man from store opened door, came out & took the 2 boxes, offered his arm to help me up on curb. He opened the door for me to leave and offered his arm again so I could get off curb. Bless him!
