Amazing experience at this location today! We called to confirm that they had a specific model of a product in stock. We were told that they did and they would put our name on it. We showed up and our name had been put on the incorrect model, and the one we asked about had been sold. We drove over an hour to get there, so we were disappointed that this mixup happened.
Loreen, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure we left happy, with a similar product. The whole team was very accommodating and understanding in our disappointment. We appreciate the drive thru team’s multiple efforts in getting the product into our (not so large) car. They didn’t give up, and we finally came up with a solution that worked.
What could have been a 1 star experience and a loss of business, turned into an easy 5 star experience. We look forward to being return customers!

If you’re a service dog hander, please beware! There are a lot of fake service dogs that come into the store. I shop here frequently and have seen numerous dogs on retractable leashes that are feet away from their handlers, dogs who jump on people, dogs who bark at people, etc. Management does not seem to mind, I’ve even seen an employee go as far as to give a dog a treat (something I’ve never seen a real SD handler be okay with as the dog could get distracted from their job). I hope management considers reading up on what the ADA allows as far as the questions they may ask as well as acceptable service dogs behavior before someone is hurt.
As far as the store goes it’s alright for the most part. They have a great selection of apparel and other things, but when it comes to the livestock side of the store it’s pretty lackluster. I wish they had more horse grain options and better selection of health care.

I've never shopped here and technically I haven't yet, in person. I ordered the best dog ramp I've ever seen in many years online. The price was reduced so low I just couldn't pass it up!
I ordered it and just as specified, I received a text and email that it was ready for pickup within the hour!
They make it so simple. Drive to the Drive Through area, show the employee your text from inside your car and he runs inside, brings it out and puts it in your vehicle right away!
I bought this dog ramp because a friend of mine bought one for food dog and I was so impressed on the quality and how perfectly it can be used for many situations besides just helping your furry friend in and out of the car. It works on my steps everything my house as well. If I wanted, it would be perfect to let my dog get on my bed too.
I definitely recommend the folding dog ramp. If you're very young it'll last you a lifetime with all the dogs you could have!
