Bad service and has set special store returns. I bought a generator and was not impressed with any of it ? I no longer shop here. Keep in mind that the product is good but the store is not for us ?

Never fails. Every time I visit this store for a sale I see advertised, it's completely inaccurate. They had 40" horse jolly balls on sale for $29.99 and with your purchase you receive a free 49" cover. The Jolly balls were in two separate areas with signs above each advertising the free cover. Of course, there is no free cover in sight. I should've know better.. so, I hunt down an employee to assist in finding the cover. She can't find it. So she gets another employee to help. The 2nd employee let's me know that they are indeed out and cannot order more as there 3 total amongst all their stores. I ask how i can get one, she informs me I can't and proceeds to take the sign down. Last time I will visit this store.

Tons of options for coats all the way up to 3x. Found things I can usually only find online!! The sales here are awesome !! Got a $168 coat for $119 ! They have such a lovely staff and have a very clean and organized store. Some hangers were in wrong jackets so he sure to check the tags ! Pretty common though if you run out of a certain hanger size in retail. Will definitely be shopping here again.
