I had a washer and fridge delivered and there were a fair number of stairs to get to the house. The gentlemen did a great job and took my old fridge without hesitation. Will definitely use again!

They were very active in scheduling and planning to make sure they could deliver to our street and home. A call was made prior to delivery to make sure we were home and the delivery was between the time frame that was scheduled.

Cancelled my original delivery date without explanation. Delayed a week until I left a negative review and contacted Peloton.
They moved the schedule up two days, but then they didn't send enough workers to actually carry the product inside and to complete assembly (as paid for with the product). So now 400lb product is sitting in the middle of my garage, and I have to reschedule an assembly session.
It's not my job to:
1. Figure out if RXO's available scheduled delivery times are correct online, and then;
2. To remind them to bring enough people to complete the job.
Peloton should be reconsidering their delivery partner.

Had a great delivery experience! Plenty of reminders for when the delivery would come. Drivers were very nice and did a great job advising me where to put my Peloton Tread. Very satisfied with my experience.

So grateful to have had a great team of 3 who hauled away my old dryer and brought in a new one. Bonus points for the thorough explanation regarding the plug on the dryer vs. the old recep we had. Very courteous and very conscientious - had a great experience!

Great experience with the two delivery guys that delivered our washer and dryer today. They were courteous and thoughtful and offered to switch the appliances around so it made sense with how the doors opened. Thank you so much!

Bought a range from LG electronics and LG said that RXO would be able to deliver it on the 10th. I only ordered from the manufacturer because of the reasonable promised delivery date. RXO received the range on the 7th and subsequently told me that they would not be able to deliver it until the 25th. I spoke with the customer representative with RXO nationally and she was unable on repeated attempts to contact the local RXO to attempt to schedule any earlier delivery or have an explanation as to why delivery was promised on the 10th but could not be fulfilled until the 25th. Ultimately it was delivered on the 25th and the local delivery people did a perfectly reasonable job. I'm not sure if I'll order again if RXO is doing the local fulfillment.
