I do not recommend this location. Checked in before 8:00, at the door at 8:00. It's now almost 11:00 and they haven't even started loading.

Was late for appointment (previous load held me) there was a late fee. All of the staff is super duper nice. They couldn't have been more accommodating.

I've been here quite a few times. Your typical cold storage facility. In and out in 2-3 hours every time. Restrooms and small break room with vending machine

Little bit waiting time otherwise all good , and one more thing ARBRE FARMS , and WILLOW COLD STORAGE are same so don’t be confused, whenever you come for pickup or delivery go directly to willow cold storage and park your truck and go to office for check-in , and they overnight parking available, one more thing phone Network are so week so be prepared for that!

Little bit of a snafu with the paperwork… but the correct load… office was fantastic!! Dock receivers very kind… overall great experience… overnight parking… definitely take the exit at 154 off of US-31 … turn Right at end of rampFirst stop sign go straightSecond stop sign turn Left on 126thTurn Right on MadisonVeer Right onto 192 ndWillow will be on your Left after the flashing yellow lightsOffice opens at 745 / 8:00 am

Beat directions r from Hwy 31 take exit 154 and turn right at the end of ramp onto Monroe rd, than just follow truck route, by turning left at the stop sign on 126th than turn right on Madison and Madison turns right into 192nd, willow is on ur left, shipping and receiving docks r on left after crossing flashing yellow lights, Amazingly Friendly nice and very professional ppl with a super sweet side, one of the very best experiences I’ve had in 16 years of trucking,
