“I had just moved in a week ago and the toilet in the 2nd bathroom continued to run after flushing and water was showing up on the floor to the storage room that shares a common wall, I called at 9:10am Saturday morning to the service and received a call from maintenance at 9:20am and he (I wish I remembered his name he was strictly business) asked if it was ok to enter the apartment, I gave consent and he said he’d take care of it immediately. I came home and all issues were resolved!!! A privilege to receive such quick customer service (a rare thing now a days) I’m very satisfied!”

“I have lived at Town Court since 1/2023, my experience has been nothing short of amazing. For reference, I have lived in 5 states -- wether it be apartments, houses, condos etc. Town Court and their staff are by far the best I have dealt with. Kristina & Ashley, David & his team are world class.Their communication, professional and personal attitude stand out in a not so easy job to manage with hundreds of residents.The property itself is beautiful, cleaning crews are always keeping the inside and outside spotless. Parking is easy, safe and convenient with the gate protected garage option. Units at Town Court are spacious, new, efficient and enjoyable. The bedrooms and closets are large with plenty of room. The kitchens and living areas/offices are also adequate with plenty of storage. Amenities are also fantastic with a modern clubhouse, gym, package room and pool (although small it's still a pool!).If you're looking for a great place to live in the area, Town Court should easily be at the top of your list.”

“This is the 1st apartment I have lived in since the late 80s. I was working for another apartment complex when I moved in here and working for that complex made my anxiety level very high. But I have been here for 4 years now and have been very pleased. I have been very lucky to have had very pleasant neighbors. The staff is very friendly for most part. I have never had a problem with work orders and they have been pretty good on keep up on snow removal. I have read many of the reviews and just want to add that people who are complaining about work orders by maintenance not getting done in timely manner just remember that many of those were during the huge pandemic where EVERY WHERE and everyone had staffing issues and many are still having these issues. Just remember that when you read reviews and making decisions to move into these apartments. I worked for an apartment complex and refused to live at the complex I worked at even though it would have been much cheaper. The maintenance guys I worked with were incompetent at best, the property manager is a B..tch and clueless. So be careful grass isn't always greener”

“I can’t say thank you enough. Almost six months ago my family and I went through an incredibly traumatic event wherein a tree fell on our home and cars during a tornado while we were inside. For the first month and a half we were moving our kids back and forth between our parents’ homes and then our insurance company put us in a hotel for a few weeks. When they finally found an apartment for us to stay in while our house was being repaired, it was at Brandywine. Right from the start I felt so at rest after a very long, exhausting summer. The staff was wonderful, receptive, and very welcoming to us. They got us in very quickly and we immediately felt at home. This place was a respite to us through the fall, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. There was so much space for our kids to play and relax that it allowed them time to unwind and process everything they’d been through. I am so extremely grateful. We’re going back home today, but I won’t forget all that you did for us, truly. The buildings are beautiful and spacious and the view from our balcony was a lovely place to work through everything. Thank you for making one of the darker periods of our lives a little brighter. You made a difference.”

“I lived here for a little over 3 years, I liked my townhome with exception for the older appliances.and ACThe staff was always friendly and club house is great with a large gym, stretching studio and swimming pool. I enjoyed staying there and was sad to leave, the leasing agents were always available, responsive and caring. They were very understanding and I would recommend this place for you. I would say if you are looking for luxury and safety this is the place.”

“Citation Club Apartments is one of the nicest apartments I’ve been involved with. The Property Manager and Leasing Agents are always there if you need, they have always been kind and understanding with me. The maintenance staff are the same, they always make your concerns a priority and always are there to help. Everyone here goes out of there way for you, I truly recommend this property.”

“super helpful, they were super nice and let us do the apartment lease in person because my mom was having trouble with the power being out and her ipad not wanting to let us sign it. they were more than helpful when we decided to come in and ask for help. i definitely feel comfortable with my family staying here. im not sure how to spell her name but i would recommend her to anyone (dasanae? daeshane? im so sorry i cant remember how to spell it but shes amazing, super helpful! so thank u so much! the whole apartment complex is super neat and already met someone who lived her who said they were more than happy with staying here :)”

“I thought the reviews on this place needed a boost. Moved in 2 months ago, big home, clean, quiet and safe. All ready to go at move in, friendly staff, rapid maintenance. Location is great! 10-15 minutes from restaurants and shopping, 5 minutes from groceries.”

“We had our ceiling fixed by Jordan, and did a great job. He came over multiple times to finish the job, and even stopped by after it was completed to check up on how it all turned out.”

“Okay so this has been a bit of a rollercoaster so ride it with me as I explain the ups and downs…. I’m giving 5 stars simply because the staff have simply gone out their way for me & although some of it is owed other times it was simply just because they really do care.So I originally came in and met with Dominic to schedule a viewing. I was a little late to the appointment but Sean was happy to take me because Dominic had another client visiting. The viewing went great and I loved the apartment. Of course the show apartment is always nicer but we’ll get to that.A few weeks go by and I decide this is the place I want. Well I call and get Ashley and she walked me through what to do to get the apartment online. I do the application and at this point I need the apartment by the end of the week. Ashley literally pushed everything through for me to get the application quickly approved and called me every step of the way. She understood the assignment and I am forever grateful!Now I get there and move in and the apartment was not in the condition for me to move in but I came so far and was so tired from the drive I unloaded and said I would address it the next day. As I unloaded I found multiple things wrong that should’ve been caught but weren’t and I was in deed frustrated but I felt this just needed to be a conversation with all feelings aside because the staff had been so great and there was no way they would’ve let me move in here KNOWING the apartment looked like it did. So i send a very detailed email and a few hours went by so I stopped pass the office. I was met at the door by Autumn the property manager and she was just about to respond to my email , she literally had it on her screen. We spoke, she compensated me, had the apartment professionally cleaned, and took note of the other issues which we have agreed on solutions for… She was absolutely amazing! Bruce the maintenance is now my new bestie because he responds to every call I make to get things right. He even brought his manager Ken over at one point just to make sure everything was ok and to see what else was needed.We are still working on some things but at least we’re working on them. Thank you to everyone who played a role in making a bad experience turn good! Your hard work and dedication is truly appreciated and I’m excited to continue my lease with you all.”

“We have been living at Aldingbrooke for about 8 months now. there were problems but as soon as I called them in they were taken care of. The property manger Jennifer is amazing as well as Rick the service manager I have lived in a home for over 30 years There is a lot to be said for apartment living They take care of everything. We might have had some frustrating things at the beginning, but now everything is great and we are enjoying life as part of the Aldingbrooke family. P.s.
