Worst dispensary in metro Detroit! They screwed up my orders 3 times. Most recently was a $450 order. The other 2 times they tried to bait and switch with 710 labs rosin carts. They offered bogo on 710 labs rosin carts and when ordered was placed, they accepted the order and an hour later cancelled and didn’t reply to emails when I inquired about the scam.

Good deals - Bad experience :( I’ve been here a few times, decent to average pricing but no first time patient deal (other than a coupon for NEXT purchase). Had an issue where only one particular vape strain was $10 more than all other strains in the same line of product withe same brand, this was not specified in store and I had to go online to actually find out I could’ve just chosen a different strain to avoid overpaying. Went in today asking about a 50% off special I saw online. My budtender insisted I had to buy 2 units to get the 50% off price, and it wasn’t until I showed her in my online cart I could just buy one to get the deal. Definitely felt like more of a lie than a honest mistake as she was obviously annoyed I brought up the TRUE sale price. Made for an awkward exchange and now makes it hard to trust sales staff here. Will be sticking to online orders only in the future if any :/

This place is like Christmas all year round.. plus it's right next to copper mug...so if u get the munchies...... The staff at bazonzoes is knowledgeable..they care and are very attentive to all your needs. When I'm in the burbs it's my go to dispo always running mad deals on great products..I think they got 50% off jeeters right now too!!! This is the spot of all spots and totally worth the trip 😸

I did an online delivery order on the 19th and found my experience kind of confusing at first. So I called the store to make sure my order went through and asked some question. The female who answered the phone was very nice and answered all my questions and made it a very wonderful experience. The drive was also super nice and seemed really happy.
I also got a cool sticker to put somewhere. I'll more than likely order from here again in the future.

Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Prices are great, often they have deals running or free products for spending enough. The points system is pretty great also, I always lose track of my points, but the bud tender has that info and will let you know if you can save money or get free products. My only gripes about this place is you can never run in and get something, expect to be there for 10 - 20 minutes, even if you're picking up an online order. The lobby is always full and every time I go to pick up an online order there's a decent sized line. The biggest problem I have is the website, it's buggy and the descriptions of the product(if there even is a description) are not helpful. I ordered what I believed was a 510 thread cartridge, but I couldn't tell because the thumbnail was just the brand logo. When I picked it up, it was actually a full "disposable" vape. Nowhere did it say that on the site. I prefer to use my battery because it has a better draw, the charge lasts longer, and it's not adding to e-waste like the "disposable" vapes are. This thing barely hits compared to my battery, and I highly doubt I'll need to recharge it by the time the non-refillable cart is dry, even though that's a feature advertised on the box. Also advertised as 1 gram, I highly doubt that, closer to half a gram. All it would have taken was an image of the actual product, not the brand logo and I would have chose something else. This won't change my mind that this is the best dispensary in Oakland County, I just really wish the website was better. Also, never had to take a pic of my drivers license before, now that I have to it makes me do it every order, even after I've saved it to my account. Just an annoying bug.

Trash. I placed an order at 4pm and called at 8pm to ask if it's even coming. They told me it wasn't dispatched to anyone, put me on hold and then came back to tell me that somebody actually did the delivery, but got no answer from me. I was told they knocked on my door for a while and called several times. Not a single missed called and I've literally been chilling in my living room with my dog. Next to my front door. She'd of went bananas if someone pulled in, let alone knocked lol.
And this is after last week, I waited for hours and had to call to ask if it was coming. I was told I was next and waited another two hours. The woman on the phone told me "I straight lied to your face, I'm sorry" trying to make a joke of it. I thought it'd be one bad time, but oof.
