I go here a lot, either to the atm or the drive up window. You would think being in the service industry would yield workers who are respectful of your time and speak respectfully. I was surprised to be left waiting at the drive through for a while after sending my cards in, so I pressed the call button and one of the ladies finally answered by saying, “What do you need? I’m with a customer,” after which her coworker Tiffany helped with my withdrawal. But if you ever need an example of what Not to say to a customer, this is your place. Seriously the worst interaction when you’re busy and in a hurry with family business.

The worst customer service experience I have ever received repeatedly at a bank. Very unprofessional and rude every time my co-worker and I have to stop in. I do not bank through them personally and NEVER will for this exact reason. I do not want to be yelled at for questions I may have, or made to feel stupid for simply walking into the branch without an appointment. We stop in for work purposes every once in a while, and both dread going in for we know the treatment we will receive upon arrival. Do better. Treating people with respect/decency takes zero effort.

The absolute worst branch ever. They let me stand in line expecting to do business at the counter but instead take your cash and debit card and ID to the drive thru people. They are already overwhelmed.

Terrible customer service. I got to the bank 15 minutes before close wanting to turn in some coins. The teller rudely told me she was not going to serve me because they were about to close and they were too busy for that kind of thing. She used a snarky tone and made my request sound like it didn’t matter. There was no one else in line. It typically takes tellers about 5 minutes or less to do this, so she had plenty of time. She just didn’t serve me because she didn’t want to deal with counting coin rolls. Don’t go to this branch if you want to deal with rude tellers that waste your time.

Nice people work here
