Extremely rude blonde cashier just got on the register I was her first customer and happened to be a few cents short and was on the phone getting money transferred by the person I was on the phone with & at that same second where she informed me of the insufficient funds she immediately says “well is this going to take a minute because you’re holding up my line”. There was one person behind me . I’ve been a cashier and I’d understand if the line had been packed but apparently she’s blinder than a bat & clearly doesn’t wanna be there really doesn’t deserve to be there & has zero situational awareness to realize it wasn’t that serious, either way even though the money had already went through I was too disgusted to continue talking to that lady so I told her “it’s okay and to “have a good day”because her life happens to be miserable already

Disgusting attitude. My card declined because I was $1 short and needed to transfer money and the blonde rude cashier had the audacity to ask if “this was gonna take a while because you’re holding up my line”. How about learn some manners or find a job that better suits the doormat of a person that you are.

I’m absolutely disgusted with the customer service here I was DoorDashing here the much older of the 2 lady’s is the one that I had issues with First of all she swept 2 literally inches away from me nearly touching me with the broom then I get to the cash register where I set my baskets down. For them to start the checkout process the younger lady started checking out (when I say started I mean 1 Pepsi, which she removed from the basket) then the older one said she could go do her tasks and she’d finish checking me out proceeds to tell me They can’t remove items from baskets so I removed the items she then removed one of the baskets ( bigger door dash I had 2 baskets) which I was fine with cuzz I didn’t think I needed it since all door dash items must be bagged(DoorDash policy) so I goto help by putting the pop in bags she proceeded to yell at me that they can’t be bagged because they have handles and that’s a waste of bags so I try informing her of DoorDash policy and she gets nasty with me. I decide it’s not worth it so I drop it and she watches me struggle with the pop because what I hardly fit in 2 baskets I now need to fit in 1 l.

Stopped in to pick up cold meds for son but got wrong one (got cold & flu, extra ingredients he didn't need). Originally couldn't find receipt and called to see my options. Clerk said that nothing could be done without receipt, not even a swap out. Found receipt and sent son back as store is so highly 'perfumed', asthma flared up. Clerk is now saying he can't take back at all because it's medicine. IT'S UNOPENED ALKA SELTZER ON THE REGULAR SHELF. Will never set foot in this store again; doesn't even try to help customers (Clerk was going on about grabbing a beer on break???) Called and spoke to manager who is totally clueless and rude. Insisted it's medicine but never had issue with Kroger. Said I had also bought a container of Vick's; was told that's also medicine. Manager hung up on me.

I would expect more being in walled lake. The store is dirty and most shelves are mumbo-jumbo. You have to dig through piles to see what is available. Management can do better

Bought m&ms among other things from them. Got home opened the bag they were moldy. Tried to call twice at different times and no one answered either time. I get mistakes happen but it’s disgusting hopefully they will see this and take them off the shelf, hence why I was calling.

A ZERO STAR REVIEW!!!!! GRRRR Ur staff is AWESOME!! Very helpful. However, ur DOLLAR GENERAL... GENUINELY NEVER A DOLLAR!!! U charge $5 ($4.79 +tax) for a bag of chips, BOT EVWN FAMILY SIZE! Hoping to see u go out of business soon! & we are so done with u!!!! Very unfortunate!!! We. We'd A Dollar Tree... F**k dollar general!! We won't b back as well as I plan on telling, as if they don't know already, U WAAAY PVER CHARGE FOR BEING A F'ing dollar store!!! WTF?!?!?

Went in to a couple of things and the cashier lady a blonde heavy set one though out and called the cops on me saying I wouldn't leave as I was out the door then she put her hands on me as I was leaving this started over an argument about I could not enter my phone number for coupons I told I think that my wife clipped a coupon for a item she said all well should of told me I also heard her swear ? in their also never will we be returning hear this is the 2nd with the same cashier lady
