“My personal experience with the metro agency has been excellent!! Teresa the lady i just saw took time out of her lunch to help me with a issue i had with a credit/refund. I probably took up about a hour of her time (felt really bad) but she was very pleasant and knowledgeable and was able to get my issue resolved rather quickly. Aaron, Brian, and Margo i have also delt with and they all are excellent people to work with. Someone always answers the phone or i can expect a phonecall back or email rather quickly. I will definitely be sticking around for a while and would recommend to anyone looking for a auto or commercial policy (my only experiences) so far!”

She came to my house to meet face to face so we could discuss the various options for my current policies and other options which may be of use. After an excellent conversation we were able together to put together appropriate adjustments to my policies that were relevant for me at this point in my life. We did financial tradeoffs between potential higher levels of coverage and the additional cost, and also made some adjustments on the downside to save me money in areas that were no longer relevant to my situation. She is friendly great conversationalist who has a lifetime of knowledge in the industry and she won't upsell you beyond what you need. As I said, some areas we reduced my coverage. She truly wants to ensure you are properly covered for those moments in life we all hope never happen, but alas they do. I sleep better knowing I have competed a comprehensive review and reset my needs to my current life and financial situation.”
