Ordered pick up for dinner because I was too tired to cook. ? Service was great, even when I added a salad to the order at pickup, the young lady at the counter was super helpful. And everything was freshly made and delicious. We will definitely order from this location again on the next pizza night.Vegetarian options: The salad was good for a pizza place, and they didn't skimp on the ingredients. There were no mixed greens, but the veggies were super fresh, so I wasn't disappointed.

Pizza was fresh, hot and quick. The cheese was just the right amount, sauce evenly distributed and crust was properly cooked.

I've only ever had the pizza here, but it's good and the people are friendly. Price is about the same as all other pizza places... Too high in general.

I usually don't leave reviews for chain restaurants but I felt the need to give this location recognition.I ordered online and when I arrived, I was told that the order was not in the system for some reason. The worker was very apologetic and offered the meal for free (over 20 dollars) but I told him it was already paid for and not necessary. They made the order at that time and it only took around 10 minutes.As it turns out, they still went out of their way to refund me for the whole order. I really appreciate the gesture.Jet's in general is great. I've ordered from this location several times and the pizza is always on point.

I'm guessing this place was review bombed for some reason, so here's an honest review.I've ordered from this location multiple times and have rarely been disappointed. Simply put, they do deep-dish right. Of course, mistakes happen, but management is pretty reasonable with fixing issues. Whenever I walk in, the staff have always been communicating with one another, which is always a good sign. Speaking of staffing, they always seem to have a good amount of staff, which us usually translates to good quality of service. Overall would highly recommend, especially if ordering in bulk.
