Russell, Aiden, and Damien were absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, they worked incredibly hard and handled every part of our move with care, professionalism, and great attitudes. They went above and beyond to make the entire experience smooth and stress-free, taking extra steps to ensure everything was packed, moved, and set up perfectly. Overwhelmed by the professionalism and efficiency of this company! We were in an emergency situation (hospital release with a move to assisted living for my mom!) and this company made it happen on short notice for a great price! The men were faced with many obstacles in moving day, including carrying a full sized sofa up three flights of stairs - and the original estimate was actually reduced based on less time needed! (I gave much of the difference to them in tips because they deserved it!) Don't even shop around- I'll only call this company in the future

Joe and Aiden were prompt, professional and helped move furniture with care from residence to assisted living. Communication was clear. I appreciate both of their help. The drove the big moving truck and parked it with ease!

Moved over an hour away and the guys loaded the whole house in under an hour and a half. Offload was so easy and even helped to move an old piece of furniture to the curb for us! Will be hiring them again with any family moving needs!

At the beginning of September I contacted Mike Bailey at Professional Movers to discuss moving my parents furniture and belongings from Northville to Novi. Mike was friendly and thorough in his description of the moving process. He provided valuable information and was respectful and responsive to all my questions.
Last Tuesday the crew of Ian, Jordan and James arrived on time and got right to work. They carefully packed a 3’x5’ mirror and many other fragile items quickly and efficiently. They were friendly, courteous, hard working and truly lived up to their company name, “Professional”!
My experience with Professional Movers was excellent and I would definitely recommend them to others looking for a competent reliable company for their moving project.

We were moving my mother from her home of 30 years. We were expecting a pretty stressful situation but the whole experience was wonderful. We have absolutely no complaints. Our moving team of Joe, Aiden, and Aydan were excellent! Thanks so much! I would definitely recommend this company.
