Everything here is priced DOUBLE what it should be! Never seen a Salvation Army with such high prices. What a shame!

very large and clean and friendly staff to assist you. But what was this building in its prior life before becoming the Salvation Army store - anyone???

Have relied on this place to get used goods at a fair price but it seems recently whomever prices their goods is looking items up online/ebay to price them. See no brand items for $3 then a branded one next to it for $40 when they pay $0 for their inventory. Their mission is to support their community but this is not it.

The floors are very dirty like no one has mopped for weeks. Shopping carts need some WD40.

This Salvation Army was "average" - 3 stars I'd say. But in the recent times, it's gotten so much worse. While there's a large quantity of stuff, the clothing prices are often priced like an upscale resale/consignment store (which thrift should be less). Sometimes this Salvation Army has things listed more than that. And even at retail. As for home decor, prices are even worse -- way higher than the past and sometimes above retail (not resell retail but actual retail). And even those that aren't are way high compared to the condition. Stuff that is scratched and marked up and toys that are very used and well loved, should not be at or near retail. Who is buying at some of these prices? They need a reality check. There's far better resale and thrift stores nearby.

I have shopped here a few times. The prices are not what I expected from the donated goods. I had some things I wanted to donate. Now I understand why the place is filled with mostly clothing and not much else. They did not want to take much of anything I had, even though I checked the website for acceptable donations and called ahead to ask for clarity. We waited about an hour, 10 cars ahead including a moving truck full of 70s furniture. When it was my turn, the man started looking through. He did not want to take any new toys including a large KidKraft doll house because he said they do not accept toys. He took my DVDs and a bag of children's clothes, and I returned home with the rest. I started asking him will he take this, will he take that, and his respond was an annoyed "Well I have 8 cars behind you..." I responded sincerely with, "Yes, I waited in that long line. I appreciate everything you are doing and I see how hard you are working." I never understood why there were always the same old dirty baby toys for sale when my children looked through. Now I do. I don't know why they wouldn't accept toys. That would probably be one of the biggest money makers for the organization.I think I will try Goodwill from now on or give away to those in need on Marketplace.

pretty average salvation army. they need to have someone with manners run the speakers though, cuz every time im here i keep hearing a lady aggressively scream at everyone to get in line for a half hour before closing. anyone who walks in is met with "you have x minutes," not even a hello or anything. i overheard others saying they just wanted to leave the store because they were sick of her behavior.

Recent visit found a clean organized store. They have great jewelry, and housewares. There are specials every weekend and throughout the week. Go for the furniture, which is inexpensive, often modern and gently used. If you see something buy it, it will be quickly snapped up by other bargain hunters. I recommend this location because they are a good alternative to buying new, and recycling saves the planet.

They always change hours and never updates them, only find out their closed when driving all the way here, don't answer phones either.

The store hours have changed, and they close at 6 pm, which is kind of early if you work a 9-5 and want to shop afterward. And they make sure you know that they close promptly at six. Most of the changing rooms are closed and blocked off, and I believe you have to ask for assistance to get into the others that are open. They also don't offer shopping bags, so whatever you purchase, you'll have to carry in your hands. So be sure to have a shopping bag with you. This store has a lot of items and is clean for the most part.

Unbelievable that they wanted $40.00 for a small handheld bathroom mirror. I had to look twice and double check with a family member to make sure I read the tag correctly. Are they sure they are non-profit? From what I understand thrifting is supposed to be an affordable practice. Things have gotten out of hand. I hope this greed is noticed by the public. They pay zero dollars for each item they receive and have the nerve to sell it back to the less fortunate for astronomical costs. This is evil.

Store smells really bad and is horribly understaffed and/or mismanaged. I went in on a Saturday afternoon and only one cashier was working at the registers. There was a long line and the cashier was moving incredibly slow, oblivious to the people waiting behind me. Also, their prices are kind of high unless you find something with the sale sticker, except most of the things I picked up had no sticker. Getting out of the parking lot was an ordeal due to the fact there was a pile up of cars waiting in line for the donation drop-off. They are really strict about not letting anyone unload their own car so you have to wait an extra long time. Save yourself the aggravation and skip this place!
