Very pleased with the service on my vehicle today! Fast in and out oil change and tire rotation which is as great after a long day of work. Jen at the service desk was awesome in making sure I was updated and taken care of all with a smile on her face!

Olivia treated me professionally from the minute I walked in through my last visit with her. She was accurate, accommodating and has excellent customer service skills. She let me know that my car was under warranty and the process was completed on time.

I went in to buy a car, I worked with Ted, I asked him to allow me to test drive the car he said it was fine as long as we run your credit first I told him i didn’t want to run credit until we negotiate the vehicle price, he said fine just put your info in and we won’t run your credit until we negotiate it. We get back from the test drive he asks how much are u able to spend I give him the number he goes to negotiate with his manager Danny. He comes back saying I can’t give you the price as the kbb is already at “good” price value. I say okay and get ready to leave. He then says hold on we can try one more thing, this is when he goes to his computer to submit my application that I completely forgot about because it was filled out before my test drive which was about 45 minutes ago. He comes back with a paper and I ask him did u just run my credit he said yes. I walked out after this because I was just taken advantage of as he ran my credit behind my back. I won’t be doing business here ever again. I also called Ted and Danny back Ted is always “busy” and says he’ll call me back but never does and I spoke to Danny and he says since I filled out the application there’s no way I can dispute it. Filling out an application is a two step process filling it out and submitting it. Me and Ted both agreed on submitting my credit after the vehicle price was negotiated, we couldn’t make and agreement therefore the sale should’ve been concluded.

I went to pick up my car for the third time after so was told it was ready after my car was at La Fontaine Collision for 6 months after a car accident. When I got there, I noticed that my front side bumper was still scratched. I wasn’t able to pick it up again. No one must of checked the car. The inside of my car was still dusty from the debris and the rain since it sat outside for three months during the summer while it was rained on my leather seats (my two doors weren’t able to be closed due to the accident) The doors were never wrapped. Now my car isn’t ready again. There has been numerous problems aside from this. The receptionist Lynette is very rude every time I called there and gave me a hard time along with an attitude. They have a great manager Tyler who has tried doing what he can, he was understanding but could only do so much.I understand a lot of places have a lack of employees, and there are supply chain issues, but this is ridiculous!! Every time I call to follow up on my car I’m told give us an extra week and then that week turns into another week and then that week turns into another week. The experience was awful!

Even though I irritated Alex the sale associate, I know I was a pain ? . He was very nice and wanted to see me with the best car for my needs. He and Amy was nice to me and made sure that I understood everything. I love my car by way ! I had a wonderful sales experience. Thank you !

Honestly wish I would of waited to purchase a vehicle because I didn’t do much research on this place. I was promised things for my vehicle and nothing was ever made. Matter of fact, I couldn’t even get ahold of anyone, let alone an appointment AFTER the purchase. I personally find it unprofessional and unethical in every single way that everything from then to now is. I’m currently stuck with a car that has many issues like the software, mirrors, windows, and the exterior damages that were promised to be serviced. Be careful when buying a car from here, they literally do not tell you any of the issues with the car and pressure you into spending way more money than you intended to. They will do anything to sell a car but be honest.

This review is for LaFontaine Collision on Maple Rd in Commerce Twp, Walled Lake. I bought a set of OEM fog lights to have them install on my Terrain. (Which I bought from LaFontaine.) My appointment was scheduled 2 months ago, because fog light installation requires a Master mechanic or something. Fair enough, dropped it off yesterday with the install kit, explained what needed to be done, how I wanted it etc, they said it would be ready by Wednesday, Thursday at latest. I left happy knowing I finally getting my fogs installed. Nope, today my wife gets a call asking what needed to be done on this Terrain? What?!? So, I drive up there, my car sitting exactly were I left it yesterday. I know how this ending now. (Get your vehicle to me, now I take my time thing). So I talk to Tyler, he asked about an insurance claim, (no claim, just wanted fog lights installed because it didn't get equipped with them.) I explained what I needed done, and I need this back by the promised date. Well, now it's "ohhh, I don't know if that can happen", means not going to happen. I just said give me the keys and the light kit, will take it somewhere else. They have 4 people sitting in an office mis communicating with each other, waste of time going here for collision needs. On the bright side I am saving $573.00, to not have them work on my car.

Lindsay Garland was very courteous and professional. She is truly well suited for customer service. The loan officer was helpful and so we're the other dealers in the building. They work together as a family to ensure Customer Satisfaction. I will be back for sure

It took us a week to get an appointment. And even after taking the car in at the time of the appointment 8:30am, we left the car at their request so they could run a diagnosis for an engine light. Not only was it difficult to reach them at the end of the day and 3 days after. After finally getting a hold of them we were told that what they found would cost approximately $3,100. They ran 2 diagnosis test that took an hour each at the cost of $150 an hour even though I believe a machine did all the work. But yet the kept the car for 4 days. Needless to say with this kind of service we removed our car from the premises Eve thought it cost $300. Not going back ...

I purchased a vehicle....no a lemon...from LaFontaine and have had nothing but one electrical issue after another and excuses why they couldn't fix it timely or provide a free loaner. 3 major electrical issues in less than 15 months and 2 dead batteries within a year! Shop elsewhere or you will regret it!!!

I would not bring a bicycle to this place. Your service manager David Jankovich is a liar and one of the worst customer service people I have ever met. He spent most of his time telling me what noises I heard from my truck. He refused to give me my parts from my brake job and continued to tell me there was no way I could drive my truck without hearing the brakes. I bought my truck in because when I made a left hand turn the passenger side front tire was making a noise. The technician said it was the brakes and I questioned this because I have never had any problems with them. I'm not a car technician so I took his word for it. I picked up my truck the next day and drove 20 feet and it was still making the noise I brought it in for. The next day David took it for a test drive and said nothing was wrong with it. I had him get in it before I left and I made one left turn and noise was still there. After looking at it again they noticed the wheel well liner was lose and rubbing my tire. I still don't think I needed brakes and if your dealership practiced the same procedures as LaFontaine Subaru this would not be in question. They take before and after pictures and video the fix so you can see what they did. I will never set foot into this dealership because of David Jankovich. His sad attempt at customer service was the worst I've ever seen. He is a flat out LIAR and the biggest a!!hole I've ever met.

One of the worst services I've ever had. I took my Jeep in for emergency brake job back at the end of June. They said it would take at least 2 days before it would get looked at, anytime I called asking about a status of it, I was told it would be looked at later that day or the next day. It ended up taking over a week for them check it. I've had more noise coming out of my brakes ever since this has been completed than when I had bad brakes.I followed up with someone a couple weeks after and they told me to bring it back in for a SAME DAY recheck on the brakes so i scheduled another appointment. However when I showed up for the scheduled appointment, one of the service reps said once again that it would take at least 2 days before they would even get to it, despite me having a schedule appointment for it. What is the point of making an appointment if it isn't going to be looked at, during the scheduled time. I use my car for work and explained several times I can't be without a car again for another week or 2. So I ended up just taking the car and leaving. Absolutely ridiculous

We worked with Jordan in our quest of getting a nice SUV. He was funny, fantastic, hospitable, very knowledgeable in his trade and highly seasoned. Most importantly, he acted very professional and accommodated myself and my husband. Patience, they say, is a great virtue and he was a great listener too. He gave us several options, answered all questions, and made sure to go far and beyond what was required. The most surprising thing is he was not one of the desperate sales reps whose only aim was to sell a vehicle. He was more concerned about our needs and what would be a good fit for us and how he could help to fulfill that goal. Well...He got us driving out of there with big smiles on our faces. Jordan is the real deal!

I worked with a salesperson named Laurie who was exactly what I needed. I went in knowing what I wanted and she quickly connected me with a vehicle that fit! Rick, the finance person, was knowledgeable, efficient and had a sense of humor that made working with him quite enjoyable. When I went to pick up the car, Laurie not only ran through how to implement many of the features, but also promised assistance when I needed it….and she has already come through!!Some people may enjoy stretching car buying out into a multi day process…not me! I found their respect for my time refreshing. They got the job done at my pace and I couldn’t be happier!
