I walked around for about 45 mins looking for rubber fingers which I never did find I could not find any one on the floor so I finally left as I was on my way out gentleman at the register ask me if I found everything ok I said no and walked out. I went to Office Depot which was out my way home and was greeted and they not only went to get the rubber fingers for me they also suggested other things I may need. I also purchased other things Thanks office depot I guess Staples don't need the money

clean store. helpful staff, heard what i was looking for and sold me what i was looking for. overall good experience. nice to see the were busy.

What store cant shrink a post card! 2nd time here same guy, kept me for an hour still not got what I needed done. He smerk when I said you deliberately didnt want to help me. I hope management reads these.

Says they do TSA pre-check on their website and my fiancé went here to get it done to be told they in fact don't do it, that he would have to go to another location.
Perhaps don't advertise/display that this is a service you provide if you indeed don't.

So...I guess only 1 person works here?...the big goofy looking guy walks right past you as you're waiting to pay and has no intention on telling you to go to the print center to pay (waited almost 10 min...not a word...thinking he was gonna go to register)
While not 1 person at the front desk or any of the registers...
Ya wouldn't think the people at the print center would check you out
You would think the one's wearing the staples shirts would...
Other customers were getting just as annoyed and confused..
Won't be back.....

Came here for a TSA Pre check appointment. The gentleman that assisted me had long hair and seemed ok, but got a bit sarcastic and dry for no reason as he asked for my documents. As he tried to place my driver's license inside the machine to scan it, he realized that it was slightly curved so he began to aggressively bend my license in to straighten it out before telling me why he was doing so. There is now a crease on the back side of my driver's licence. He gave a half hearted apology about bending my driver's license and then just flat out gives up and says it won't work. I told him thanks for trying and received no response or goodbye.
