Typically great wash. The new cashless Jax has caused me to have to back up and let cash holders out on 4 different occasions in the past several months. Don't let the cars get upto the front of the line and jam everyone up. It's not right for 5 people to have to accommodate 1 persons ignorance or the companies unforgiving policy.

The supervisor Meagan Sprayed straight soap on my car and wouldn't even help to clean it thru the automatic car wash. Said she's not allowed to open the doors just two minutes after I drove 45 minutes to reach this JAX car wash. I was baffled at how she treated a valued customer. Jax lost my membership and loyalty after this.

Jax bought the two Super Car Wash locations in Walled Lake and made ZERO upgrades but they did raise the prices. I was excited for Jax to make some upgrades because their location in West Bloomfield is worth $24.99 a month for unlimited but they didn't. Disappointing to pay more for the same exact thing as before.

Fairly expensive, though they do a ok job. I really don't like them buying up/merging with the competition.

They were recently taken over by Jax Car Wash and they increased my monthly charge from $16 to $24.99 without notice...A 56% INCREASE! I'll be canceling at the end of the month. Wash quality and service was marginal at $16, and they haven't made any improvements to justify the increase.

Visited the car was on 12/29, after numerous visits in the past without issue; today I received damage to my van. The rear wiper arm was completely destroyed. Prior to leaving I spoke with the on site manager Bryce, he was very courteous and wanting to help. That’s where things went downhill, it appears that Super Car Wash was acquired by Jax Car Wash. The only thing the manager could do on site was give me a pamphlet with Jax website. I was on my own to track down a number and contact. After calling three times and two voicemails I have determined that Jax does not take customer service seriously and is a negative change to the long standing Super Car Wash locations in the area.

New owners = no more for me. Was an OK car wash for the money. Now $10 a basic wash, no package deals anymore Except membership. I don't wash my car every day (or week for that matter). Bring back some reasonable prices. Breaking out the quarters or back to my driveway with a bucket and sponge. Also credit card only? What car wash does that? 0 out of 5 stars if I could.

I love this car wash and the owner seems super nice. The job gets done well. However, it’s very odd how angry the workers seem and how they are yelling constantly to “MOVE UP!” even when there is a car an inch from my bumper and I literally can’t ?? it just rubs me the wrong way and I don’t come to a car wash to get screamed out. If they could calm down and I don’t know - smile every once in awhile? I feel like it would be a game changer. Just not very good customer service.

I have had the membership for about two years . Recently, I was told they were being acquired, and the price would increase about $8 a month. Now, Im having to reconsider this and possibly go to another place for a better deal. $40 a month to run my car through the wash + Im generous and tip $10 each time = $80 a month and just doesn't seem worth it at this point.

Use this car wash at your own risk. This morning on 12/4/2022 at about 10:50 AM I took my vehicle to this car wash located at 3105 E. West Maple Rd and encountered a problem. The overhead car wash door closed as I was exiting and damaged my factory installed antenna. The drying attendants saw this happen and did nothing to try and stop me from exiting. I pulled over to the side to let the next vehicle exit and asked the drying attendants to whom should I discuss the damage. One of them said I would need to talk to the manager and then took me to him. His name is Reese. I explained the problem and showed him the damage. He went back in the office and came out with a business brochure and told me I needed to call the number for headquarters on the brochure, which I did and did not reach anyone other than a voice mail for someone named Ryan. I left a message explaining what had happened and included my name and phone number for a call back. Next, I told Reese the number went directly to voicemail, so he proceeded to call his district representative. Still no solution for me.I ended up leaving the car wash with a damaged vehicle and no assurance the facility would pay to correct the damage. The drying attendants did not even finish drying my vehicle and when I asked Reese to please have someone finish drying it he told me he couldn’t as there were cars lined up (there were none) and he could not take the attendants from the line. He needs a lesson in customer service.UPDATE: The organization paid for the damage.

My favorite one. I don't think the one on Woodward and 13 Mile (which is closer to my home) is good for the bottom of my truck. The track is too short.
