Love this target! All staff I've encountered are helpful and caring. They always take the time to be patient with me and don't rush me while doing returns and such. I'm also fond of the curbside pickup system they have and I hardly have to wait more than a few minutes for my order. The workers always help me troubleshoot when I can't get my app to work since I'm not the best with technology.
I haven't frequented many targets but compared to some other retailers similar to target, the managers here always go above and beyond the help me when other employees don't have the right tools. I can tell the managment here is held to higher standards than others.
Overall great place, good vibes, lots of smiles. Love to see it.

I am extremely disappointed with the experience my wife had at Target, where she was wrongly accused of fraud by an associate named Elliot while attempting to make a return. The accusation stemmed from his own mistake in keying in a receipt, yet instead of acknowledging the error, he escalated the situation by involving loss prevention. Another associate later assisted and found his mistake, but no apology was given—Elliot simply retreated to the back rather than taking accountability.
This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable in 2025. Every customer, regardless of race, deserves to be treated with fairness and respect. As frequent Target shoppers who spend a hefty amount in the store, we expect better service and professionalism. Target must do better in training employees to handle situations properly and without bias. Until meaningful changes are made, I cannot support this store and urge others to reconsider where they spend their money.

This target is good, nothing out of the ordinary but in the electronic section, I could not get help from any of the 3 employees there, one was helping a customer with her phone, the other was just wandering the isles, and one went into the back and I was not sure what he was doing, there were three other customers also waiting to be attended, one just put his stuff down and left, I did the same, only one of the customers got to make a purchase. I had to go to another store to buy what I needed, a purchase that should have taken a maximum of 3 minutes, took more than 20. I'm not mad, just disappointed.

Lynn was incredibly helpful when making a return today! There was trouble with the barcode from my wedding registry and she went out of her way to make sure that I got my item returned. She was also answering questions of other employees around her while trying to make sure customers got seen in a timely manner. She’s seriously an amazing employee!

The store has improved a lot over the last year. I was an avid Target shopper 10 years ago but the selection of items throughout the store went way down hill in my opinion. It's nice to have somewhere else to shop again. The Commerce store is pretty clean they just don't have any employees around to ask for help or ask about an item.
