The owner(Richard) is very honest and helpful. I would recommend this place of business to anyone who needs auto repairs. He will make sure everything is done right and not try to fix things that don't need fixing! Extremely reasonable on prices!

I was recommended by someone to take my car here. So I called and talked to Rick he made it sound like it wouldn't be a problem to fix so I had it towed there and and it stayed in the parking lot over two weeks I had been in contact the whole time towards the end he started demanding money for nothing done I had enough of his bullshit so I had it towed to State motor rebuilders 29925 little Mack 48066 they started working on next day and they called me and told me exactly what was wrong and how much it was it's a big job they had it done in a week I'm so happy I brought it to them don't make the same mistake I did Call STATE you won't be more happy great people work here! PS they were cheeper and did everything in house great warranty

I take all my cars here to get fixed, I’ve had a Chrysler 200 worked on and a dodge journey. They’re always fast with their work and efficient. Definitely recommend taking your car here for a repair 👍🏽

After being quoted $7,000.00 for repairs at the Ford dealership service department I took it to 9 Mile Auto for a 2nd opinion. I brought the paperwork from Ford showing the 'codes' they had obtained during a 'scope'. Since there were no 'lights' on the dashboard indicating any service needs they re-set the 'stored codes' that Ford gave me and cleared the memory - my car runs perfectly fine so far and I was told IF a light ever comes on to return to the shop for a proper scan which can only be done when a light is on indicating a problem [Ford scanned with NO light on and pulled up 'old codes' and never reset to clear the memory]. Thank you 9 Mile Auto for being honest and saving me $7,000.00 that I do not have!

What a joke! The guy that works here is always in his feelings and will switch on you if you ask too many questions or offend him! I’ll never go back! The place smells like cigarettes and looks like Hell! I’m nice to everyone but will not tolerate the disrespect that was aimed at me!! I was told not to bother coming up there because I asked too many questions! Go at your own risk! What a joke

They lied and said they gave me a new battery and replaced the brakes and wires in my van. Not only did they NOT give me a new battery, they never replaced the wires. My van was inoperable again in less than 2 months. I also believe they messed with something because my van started leaking coolant and it never did that and I had it less than a year. I wasted $1,500 for them to literally only replace my brakes. Never going here again.Services: Brakes

Took my car up there Saturday morning they kept it call me Monday and said I need a certain part and it had both guys on the phone at the same time was telling me that I needed a part that I had to go get and might have to call my brother then he was on the other end and said can yay pay we'll pay for the other part to get put on there and they told me hurry up we got other cars in line I thought I was a customer and y'all had my car Saturday over the weekend and it was did nasty to me saying I got smart what I asked them is am I a customer for you telling me to hurry up I'm paying you to do a job for me and so they told me just come and get my car that they was going to take it across the street and that they weren't going to work on it so I took my car somewhere elseI took my car somewhere else to get it serviced the right way who appreciateyouwithcg appreciate my jo
