I have had aaa for the 20 years usually do not have many issues. Was rear ended at red light on july 21, 24. I called made a claim, I was told to contact my claims adjuster when i decided what shop to use for repairs. I have called 3 times in 3 weeks and left messages, with no response from Mr. Passmore at all. I had to finally call main office. They supposedly sent him email to call and still no response. Finally main office sent paperwork, so I can actually get the car fixed. I still don't know about if other ins will pay for rental because adjuster has never bothered to respond. Such a joke! you want my money for house and vehicle on time. I would like the same consideration to get my car fixed.

Scott had an attitude the entire time while trying to get my international permit. He displayed a rude demeanor, and was very snarky. I did come in 10 mins before closing time, but i did call ahead to make sure it was ok. He came off as very condescending and possibly racist. Smh. I do NOT recommend this place for AAA customers.

Strong recommendation that you use any other office in the Macomb county area if you can. Personally the experience I had here led me to cancel my membership entirely. The staff here are incompetent, rude and seem to make up their own rules. I don’t trust them to provide the service they are supposed to and I encourage you to reconsider before signing up with this branch. Worst customer service I have ever experienced!

Horrible. I had a unexpected death in my family and personally paid to keep the insurance. Now they won't refund my money. I have a check made payable to my deceased son that I cant cash and they refuse to issue it in my name. They are taking advantage of a tragedy and a disabled senior citizen. Horrible
