February 2024 by Lolo
I need to share my experience to prevent this from happening to anyone else!(All About Animals Clinic)I took my babygirl Dash to her appt which was (Feb 14th 2024) I scheduled that appt the year prior. I dropped her off on Wednesday morning to be spayed. At the end of the day on Wednesday when I hadn’t heard anything and tried several times to get in touch with someone via phone, email and text, they ignored them all. At the end of the day I finally got a message telling me they didn’t get her in on Wednesday and it would be Thursday morning and she would have to spend another day away from home and I wouldn’t get my baby back until Friday. I emailed and asked how she was and if they could send a picture and was told as soon as they could they would send one. The next email I got said they don’t send pictures! So the next morning I texted, called and emailed to check on her again and no answer all day! My gut told me to go up there and I wish I had just gone up there and taken her home! Friday finally came and it was time to pick up Dash and when we got there and they handed us her carrier I thought that this cats eyes were yellow instead of green like Dash. When we get home we let the cat out and it’s not even our cat! We went back up to All About Animals, which they apparently are NOT, and they had given our cat to a RESCUE! It took hours for them to find her. We barely got an apology let alone an explanation that even makes sense! Do Not take your pets here. I dont want anyone going through what I went through. It was horrible and it was the most traumatizing thing I’ve ever gone through. I would never trust this place with my pets ever again. I should have gone with my gut and not have brought her to All About Animals Clinic in the first place!

Everyone was great today Feb 16. BUT I recommend signage to clients not to have their dogs interact with others in the lobby. Everyone did great explaining that in person to those they saw doing it but the employee with the blonde braids was doing too much yelling from behind the counter to clients like they are children. We are here for a service and customer service so that needs to be addressed.

I wish I'd known about this LOW COST TNR program sooner! We've got a huge feral cat population in Eastpointe/Roseville and this program is the way to help. Now we've just gotta get everyone educated about TNR and this WONDERFUL PROGRAM!

1.) my father took a rescue and release in and the cat was DEAD when he came back to pick it up. 2.) A group member from my Facebook rescue group picked up her rescue release and it was the WRONG CAT. All About Animals swapped the cat and claimed there were no other feral appointments that day. Great so you swapped with someone's pet?? Ferals live in colonies and know THEIR neighborhood and THEIR family. They can't just be thrown back onto the street. 3.) I called AAA CRYING after miraculously quickly catching one of two sibling kittens when the sibling was found SQUASHED FLAT in the street just before and warned I was headed in and would be less than 10 minutes late for their walk-in window. I was told too bad so sad they had multiple employees call in that day. Another local vet fit me in SAME DAY no problems with extreme sympathy. 4.) A rescue was recently brought in by my coworkers rescue and they literally cut half of his ear off. NOT A TIP. HALF OF THIS CATS EAR IS MISSING. What a completely disgusting and outdated sick ritual regardless. 5.) A specific employee of AAA is one of the most miserable people I have ever met as a patron of mine for multiple years. Nasty attitude NO PEOPLE SKILLS. Speaks on behalf of the establishment with absolutely no sympathy and HATES THE JOB. Is constantly interviewing for alternative employment. Is All About Animals the problem or is it the employees you hire? Are these the standards that are set or are your employees taking their frustrations out on innocent animals? Has everyone there just completely given up? They DO NOT need to work there. WORK ELSEWHERE or find a different career. Absolutely ridiculous. Edit: THE ONLY reason people go here is out of desperation! Time and Money is the bottom line. If there are alternative options PLEASE SHARE. ZERO STARS. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

Caution..., about 6AM today I saw a bag in the street in front of AAA, the bag moved so I thought there may be something in inside so I drove around it. The bag WAS NOT a bag! it was a dog, got out of my car & in disbelief the dog was covered in blood, could barely stand, fell down rolled on back & legs went in the air like something out of a horror movie. It happened once more, dog got up (barely standing, fell again, legs in the air). Dog managed to get under a truck (don't know how), guy pulls up & exits his car trying to get the poor frightened animal to come out from under the vehicle, dog won't come out.Woman pulls up asking if we've seen a dog, we point under the truck & tell her it looks as if the dogs going to die if he hasn't already. She's TELLS US HE ESCAPED FROM ALL ABOUT ANIMALS. She works there, with help she gets the blood-soaked dog into her car (I think he bled-out) Mind you I saw the dog about 6AM, a lot transpired after that time. Someone else comes out of a bldg & says this isn't the 1st time it's happened, says it's almost normal at All About Animals.I take my dog here regularly for immunizations, & OTC meds. Please be careful if you need to leave your pet here.I posted this because I wonder if All About Animals told this dogs family that he got loose out of the bldg & got hit by a car; how will they explain this death to the family.Shalom PeopleV/r

I’m truly satisfied with their service. I’ve got my cat’s neuter done and i was so very worried about my baby. She was 1yr already and too sensitive that made me very overwhelmed but after everything done I’m very relieved. The best thing was they’re providing dissolving stitches which cause less incision and healing sooner and these everything costs me only 40$❤️ All about animals such a perfect place for pets ? I’m recommending this place??

AAA is the best organization for animal rescues. I have worked with them to TNR dozens of feral cats/kittens. Shame on the pet owners that abandoned their animals!

I have been going to All about Animals for over 15 years now. Never had a problem with anything or anyone the staff is friendly yes some of them get a little pissy but they are very busy. In fact, I have to go there hopefully tomorrow because I have a eight week old puppy, who needs to be checked on and I think has fleas so I'll let you know how that goes!

My dog had her dental today and as always, the people here are kind and care about the animals they care for. My dog is 15 and doesn't come out of anesthesia well. I went to pick her up at the appointed time and she wasn't ready to go yet. Finally asked if I could go home and get a call when she's ready because I'm close by. After waiting 40 minutes, they let me go home and got an update a little later to pick her up at close. They sent her home wrapped in a blanket because of her body temp was low. Great organization. Have been going there for years.
