Long wait times, even after I was admitted, and my room wasn't cleaned the entire 3 days I was there. Doctor was condescending and told me he was very busy. I'm the patient! I don't care how busy you are, you're here to help me. I wouldn't go here for anything more than a sprained ankle...

I always have good experiences here. The doctors take their time and make sure they understand what is going on. They do whatever they can to get to the bottom of what's causing an illness.

The worst receptionists I've ever dealt with. They are clearly understaffed. They are always in a hurry rushing me on the phone. I can barely get a word in, and sometimes they will literally interrupt me and take another call DURING MY PHONE CALL, and then I'm put on hold for 5 minutes. It's ridiculous and and unprofessional and it makes me want to switch offices altogether.

Kind of a Jeckle & Hide experience.Prior to surgery & immediately post surgery was perfect. Thank you to Michelle ? She was wonderful!!!Then there must've been a shift change and Therese was a little rough. ???

Very kind doctor behaves as if she truly cares about her patients and she followed up very quickly with my test results. Thankful for the information I recieved from my visit.

My Dr is Great she always listens to how I'm describing my illness, aches, or pains.? She sends me out for bloodwork and test to pinpoint what exactly it is. Not everything can be solved in one visit. Would be nice but its not realistic. The women that assist in the office are all great. I never have a problem making an appt. I'm very happy that I found this medical office.?

Dr. Atnas is great. I'm happy I switched my Dr back in August. She's taking the time to get me in order ?. No long wait and staff is awesome

The doctors are very knowledgeable and caring. The facility was clean. They use tablets for patients to fill out and sign paperwork.There was a long wait time, but the level of care meant more to me than that. I would suggest not overbooking patients in the same time slot so they can stay in the darkened room after their eyes are dilated. There were multiple of us waiting in a full lit room, no sunglasses waiting for our turn to see the doctor again… or at least dim the waiting room or close the shades. All I had was an eye exam and a referral and I was there over an hour and forty minutes.4 stars for knowledge and showing that they genuinely care. One star taken away for making me wait too long and dilating my eyes and sending me into a bright room.
