Had the worst experience here. All we wanted was 3 phones and switch over to their service. They took it upon themselves to try and add more phones to do some kind of trade in. It was all very confusing since they weren't speaking English in front of us. This was on a Monday. I kept saying all I wanted was 3 phones and it was a Christmas present for my son. They ordered our phones, after an hour, we paid and were told the phones would be in no later than Wednesday. Wednesday comes around we go up there to get our phones and the guy laughs and says only one came in. Like how is that even funny? Very long story short they lie, they have no knowledge of what they are talking about, nobody ever called us to help us out. It was a waste of my husband's and I day off. I went to there Friday to get my money back and had to be late for a company party because of it. This is now 4 visits to the store with no phones. Total waste of time and disappointment. We're going to the Hall Rd store today. The reps there said they were doing way to much at this store so that's why our order was never completed. Buyer beware!!

Don’t ever come to this store they lie about everything they do here I came for upgrades on my phone they added 2 extra lines didn’t put the credits to my to my trade in said I would pay less money per month and my bill increased 100$ bad business

Stopped by the other day to add a tablet, store is super clean and organized. Customer service was fantastic I highly recommend you come here they really do try to give the best experience and also save you some 💰🤑

He made the entire process seamless and hassle-free, explaining everything clearly and ensuring I got the best deals. Ali also assisted me in purchasing new devices, making sure they fit my needs perfectly. His professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. Highly recommend!

I recently switched from a different phone carrier and I couldn’t be happier. When I first went in I was skeptical but with the assistance from Ali Slim I was able to fully understand what I was getting and for how much without any hassle at all. Now my phone speed is extremely fast and the management there were all amazing people. I can’t express enough the genuine satisfaction and gratitude I have for the team there specifically Ali who was incredibly helpful and understanding of what I needed. I shall recommend them to all my friends.
