Arrived at the location with my daughter and got out to look at which brake light was out. Roy came out from inside the store and asked what we needed. I also mentioned I had an old battery to return. He grabbed it out of my trunk and took care of everything. Excellent service!

Each employee I interacted with was kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I called before I came to the store and the lady I spoke with answered all of my questions and wasn't upset about asking so many. A young man helped check my battery and helped load the new battery in my car for me. Another man who told me his name is Owen offered to install the new battery. I was so happy with the entirety of my experience with this store.

Walked in around 2pm for a product that the computer showed should have been in stock, but it wasn't. I was the only customer in there at that moment. The employees acted like I was bothering them. This is not the first time this store made me feel like they didn't want my business. I'll make a bet with the district manager and/or owner of this store. If you change the attitudes of your employees, the result will show up where it matters. Happy employees = happy customers = increased sales = increased revenue.

Quick and easy transaction. The two gentlemen working were very nice and greeted everyone as they came in. Had the part I needed that other stores didn't have.

I cannot thank Owen enough for helping me. I told him, with my very limited car knowledge, that when I was driving, the lights weren’t projecting enough light at night. He came outside, in 18° weather, and spent 15 mins under my hood shaking my light bulbs and getting them to work again. I offered to cash app him money, but he refused. Service is unmatched! Thank you, Owen!

I went to 2 different auto zone to change battery van dyke and hazel park they said “ sorry we have no one” came to this location called ahead Owen the manager was 10/10 he said come in I will take care of it and soon as I did he recognized me and within minutes he started to work on my Nissan Pathfinder life saver thank you this location is very friendly I will be coming here from now on. Thank you Owen!!!!

I came here to investigate my check engine light and was so happy with the service I received! The entire staff was efficient, quick, honest, kind, and very friendly! I don’t know a lot about cars but I was very comfortable here! Roy was fantastic and I definitely recommend this autozone first for any car needs!

Horrible service. Went in to get break pads and rotors this morning (11/16/2024), and they kept arguing with another customer and when I got up to the counter, they acted like I don't know what I was talking about. But I work on my own cars and already have the parts (break pads, rotors, caliper and break hoses with the parts numbers I need) figured out. How about teaching these employees how to give the customers what they want and need, with out all of the other harassment. I walked out without buying and had to go to O'Reilly's, and I hate O'Reilly's.

Don't bother going here until at least 15 minutes after the time they are suppose to be open. While they are walking in late past me, it would have been nice for someone to say "Hey, I know we open at 8am but I woke up late, or traffic was bad or say I got a late start, I'm sorry but we won't be ready to open till about 8:15am." I didn't find out until I called the store. I should have just went to O'Reilly which is right down the street. They were open on time.
