I locked my keys inside my car, they fell onto the seat as I got out. Had a spare set but left my purse and just took my wallet. AAA card inside the car. I was ready to cry, did not know what to do. I am 85 years old. A couple stopped to help, Deborah, didn't get the man's name. She called AAA. using her card. They took me into Bath and Body Works to wait. Larissa brought me a chair so I could watch for the truck. I had a 2 hour wait, it started out as just 1 hour. But kept taking longer. Larissa brought me a bottle of water, and watched for the truck while assisting customers as they let me use the rest room. FINALLY AAA arrived took 5 mins to wrangle the keys off my seat. I went back into the store and thanked Larissa. I was cold and tired but it could have been a lot worse had she and the others, not been so kind. Went beyond kind. Love these varing people. God Bless them all.

Stood at the counter like a sitting duck. Nobody wanted to ring me up for some reason. The other customer who walked up behind me had to ask for us to be serviced.

This is the only non-mall experience I’ve ever had @BBW I loved their products since they first opened 30 years ago or something close to it. They have brought in a wonderful variety of coconut scents, which happens to be my favorite. Not a lot of people care for coconut but their variety of scents in general is very wide to say the least. From strawberry to vanilla to citrus back to peach then ya got the woodsy, musky, fruity, or spicy!! BBW is sure to have a scent to tickle everyone’s fancy!! The body creams are very luscious & sooo moisturizing. Their body washes actually leave a lasting scent on you hours after the shower. It’s great to take advantage of their deals too! Candles, buy 3 get 3 free 90% off. Happy to live about 2 miles from this location and just to add to the delight, staff is always very kind & helpful! Ya gotta just go check it out! I’m sure you won’t regret it!

Unprofessional I got there at 6:01 April 6, 2023I walk in I was the only person in line at the time It was a mother and Daughter in front of me there was one register open by then 6 mins then went by they conversating about a bowling party and where the cashier live now and it was her cousin and aunt I understand you'll talk to family members at your job by then its 8 people behind me the other sales gils just walking around behind the register twirling her hair other customers complaining about can they open up another register because the sales girl still talking to her family members then finally she rung me up after they left and after 5 customers complained they open up a register smh
