Chris Nowak and John Alpert from the Warren location were both extremely helpful and responsive when I reached out to purchase 2 hi temp grease duct access doors.The same cannot be said of the Taylor branch. Was told that they could not help me because i did not have an account.TH

This place is professional. The guys had me in and out in just a few minutes. They had everything read to go as soon as I gave my order number. They had all the accompanying paperwork for the warranty read and even a cold water while I waited. Excellent service, would recommend to anyone. Thanks guys!
