Definitely not a good place to visit, I went there for alignment and they told me it’s gonna take 1 hour 30 minutes and I was waiting there so after an hour I think they messed up my car so they took it to somewhere else and after 3 hours they bring it back and told me it’s ready so I had to pay before I checked my car and after the payments I went to my car and when I start the car I got shocked by seeing so many sign so I went back and asked the guy who was at the front desk his name is Brandon and he was saying these sign was already there when I left the car and I told him if these signs was already there then I wouldn’t come here for alignment I would have gone to mechanic shop.so there was another employee was at the front desk his name is Rob he was so rude and aggressive he didn’t have any answers for the issues they created but he ended up his conversation by saying leave my shop I have done with you and later I found out he was the manager of the shop and then I left the shop and kind of thinking how could bell tire like a big company hired inexperienced employee and manager like them, that was the worse experience I have ever had.

Friendly service I bought two tires they were the cheapest place out of the other competition. So far I am happy with my service.

Great service here! John was very nice and informative. Alignment tech on staff the day I came in explained my alignment check thoroughly and even drew to explain more clearly what was going on. This location had the shortest wait time in the area out of all the tire places and different locations that I called (Friday, today)! I was out in about an hour when others were estimating 4-5 hour wait time and I didn't have an appointment either! Thank you guys for great service!

I went there with issues and they told me I had a defective battery and didn’t charge me anything and gave me a jump so I could go back to battery place and get it replaced. I appreciated them not trying to sell me things I didn’t need and being nice and timely

Went in for a a hub bearing replacement, close to $500 later, that was a bit of a sticker shock.

Rob was great and the service guys too!!!Had a staple in my back tire and they took care of it asap. I was a walk in. Got an oil change and new wiper blades for my car. In and out in less than an hour. I will be back!

I would never go back to this tire shop again. Twice they scratched 2 of my Lexus rims. First time, I understand, I gave them permission to break lug nut because I didn't have the wheel lock key at the moment. Unfortunately, they couldn't break it so it scratched my rim. Fast fwd to the next day (when I brought in the wheel lock key), they still end up scratching another rim. Customer service is whatever. If you are a woman, please do not go alone.
Plus my appointment took well over 2 hrs. Maybe train your technicians to handle people's car with care or treat it like it's their own.

Exceptional Service!
I was visiting from Toronto, Ontario, when I encountered a leaking tire valve. I stopped by Belle Tire on Van Dyke Ave and Rob was incredibly helpful. He quickly replaced the valve and, to my surprise, didn’t charge me for the service. His kindness and professionalism turned what could have been a stressful situation into a pleasant experience. Thanks to Rob, my entire trip to Michigan was fantastic. Highly recommend Belle Tire and their outstanding staff!

I will never again spend my money with Belle tire again. Today I caught a flat and pulled in to get air considering they were the closest location with a air machine. My tire was completely flat riding on the rim. I called inside at 6:11pm bc the air wouldn't stay in and asked if they could patch my tire and was told tomorrow mind you the parking lot was empty they weren't busy. I explained to John that I was a long way from home and it was an emergency and I was stranded in their parking lot only for them to again say tomorrow. After about 5 minutes he walked around and tried to sell me a tire when I clearly told him I just needed a patch to make it home and ill get a new one tomorrow when I get paid. He said he would finance it again when I declined he walked away and said sorry can't help you. Seriously u can come try to sell me tires but not service the one I have when you don't close for another 2 hours and you weren't busy what kind of customer service is that? The nail was in the middle of the tread an easy fix i know it could've been done had you wanted to help i would've paid the $30 and tipped well. Its now 8:57 pm and getting dark and im a woman stranded waiting with my 3 month old baby for a tow truck a long way from home in a unfamiliar city no formula and Noone to call bc im new to Michigan and you refused me service today.
