“I biked here with my family to get a bell and handlebar tassels for my kid. They were nice enough to take the time and install these items on her bike. Kid was so excited. They didn’t need to take the time with such a small sale but why did. Highly recommend this shop for great products and knowledgeable staff. I’m happy to have this wonderful shop in my neighborhood.”
“Love this place! Purchased hockey skates and some equipment here on a few occasions as an adult beginner towards the beginning of this year and every time the staff were incredibly helpful. Then, just this week I went back to get some spots bumped out on my skates, and again- service was EXCEPTIONAL! They didn’t even charge me for making the adjustments because I had purchased the skates there. Highly recommend purchasing new skates from here- they make sure the fit is just right and comfortable!!! I will definitely be shopping here when it’s time to upgrade :)”

I ordered GT LP-5 Heritage tires from Germany. Before ordering, I contacted Albe’s with a question about the “Buy One, Get One Free” offer and received a quick and very helpful reply. I ordered two tires, and as promised, they added two more for free.
The package arrived in Germany after only five days, and all four tires were exactly as described and in perfect condition. Great price, excellent communication and outstanding service. I would definitely order from Albe’s again. Thank you!”

I’m a newer rider and purchased an Aventon Aventure 3. Fish helped me out and was awesome from start to finish. He took the time to show me the bike, let me take it for a test ride, and walked me through all of the different features and how everything worked. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. They even helped me load the bike into my truck when I was done.
What impressed me the most is that Erik’s feels like more than just a place that sells bikes. There’s a lot of knowledge and experience there, and they actually take the time to educate you and make sure you’re comfortable with what you’re buying. Also - these guys are not just random guys selling a random product - they are riders themselves and have advice, experience, and passion that definitely shines through.
