“I recently went here to get my side mirror fixed. Mitch and his colleague were extremely pleasant and helpful. They ended up fixing my repair in the same day! I will definitely be letting all of my friends and family know about Pole Position if they ever need any collision work done on their vehicles.”

“I had such a great experience here, and I especially want to thank Randy for being so helpful! He made everything so easy and was genuinely so kind and accommodating. I was able to stop in during my lunch break, and I was honestly shocked at how quick everything was. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! Everything was so organized and efficient, and Randy made sure I knew exactly what was going on and took care of everything so quickly. It was such a refreshing experience, especially when dealing with anything car-related can sometimes feel stressful. I really appreciate all of Randy’s help and would absolutely recommend this place!”

“Just recently took my VW golf up here after someone hit it while it was parked on the street. While I'm overall happy with this job, they still missed the mark on a couple things. They left my brake and clutch pedals off the levers, it took me 10 minutes to put them back on so im not sure why they didn't. They did not put a trim piece back on my replaced fender (look at attached photos). There's some strange rattling/vibration from the replaced fender as if a screw or clip got dropped in there. They broke my hood latch and replaced a spring/pin with some bent metal wire so now you have to close it a certain way. And now sometimes my driver door handle comes all the way out and won't open the door on the first try. Update: They fixed the couple of issues I was having and told me they would order a new cowl trim piece if they couldn't find it. Very happy we were able to get these small issues fixed.”

“It is possible to travel back in time. Back when awesome service and quality workmanship was the way to do business. Bruce went way above and beyond on my 2009 Ford Escape. No one can believe this car is 17 years old, it looks like it just rolled off the line. Not only was the work done properly Bruce took the time to explain what he did and what I can do to keep the car looking good for years to come. nobody will work on rust damage anymore and I get it. The cost of owning a shop in Michigan is outrageous and most places need to charge 5k per job to break even. If you love your car you must stop in here.”

“Fantasy Custom took care of my husband's Mustang when no one else would touch it. The frame under his hood had rusted out and the hood was kicking up while he was driving. Not cool, not safe, etc. After contacting several shops and being told "no way we won't do that" Custom was like, "sure" and they had it back to us in a week. Solid dudes all around.”
