From April 2023 - Collision body shop department - they restored my car to perfection I can never tell it had collision damages. And also their repair department, they did great job. I dont mind if it took quite a bit of time to finish, what mattered was the beautiful outcome, Like brand new
There was just 1 minor tweak that i needed to go back after couple of days- the tire pressure sensor didn’t come off. .
Aug 2025- heard rattling noise from left driver side, and it was CV axle gone bad, wear and tear . Came in the morning, done by just before evening. No more rattling noise.
To November 2025- went back , car heater not properly working.(Cant take the cold anymore)- it was a clogged heater core, they did some flushing and it seemed to take care the issue, they advised to maybe take car back again in couple of months if heater should have issues again. They’re good at recommending what’s the next thing that needs to be done to maintain my car.
They seem to be honest with me about the estimates, diagnostics and the cost of the repairs.
I’ll surely be there again in few more weeks for my tires and brakes services. Thanks to Paul and his team.”
“We have had a string of bad luck and had to bring 3 different vehicles here for body work. They were great in all 3 cases and made the process easy. Then we had to bring a vehicle in for normal stuff like bakes, rotors, tie rods, and new tires. The prices were good and the service was great. I hope to avoid going here in the future but if something happens this is my go to place.”

“Someone's fireworks had melted on my hood of my car and I thought they were going to have to sand and repaint it, but they did not all they had to do was rub it out and polish it. A less experienced and honest shop may have just decided to go to extremes to fix it just because they had you in their shop, but not Gerber.”

“Just recently took my VW golf up here after someone hit it while it was parked on the street. While I'm overall happy with this job, they still missed the mark on a couple things. They left my brake and clutch pedals off the levers, it took me 10 minutes to put them back on so im not sure why they didn't. They did not put a trim piece back on my replaced fender (look at attached photos). There's some strange rattling/vibration from the replaced fender as if a screw or clip got dropped in there. They broke my hood latch and replaced a spring/pin with some bent metal wire so now you have to close it a certain way. And now sometimes my driver door handle comes all the way out and won't open the door on the first try.
Update: They fixed the couple of issues I was having and told me they would order a new cowl trim piece if they couldn't find it. Very happy we were able to get these small issues fixed.”

Bruce went way above and beyond on my 2009 Ford Escape.
No one can believe this car is 17 years old, it looks like it just rolled off the line. Not only was the work done properly Bruce took the time to explain what he did and what I can do to keep the car looking good for years to come. nobody will work on rust damage anymore and I get it. The cost of owning a shop in Michigan is outrageous and most places need to charge 5k per job to break even.

“I've only had one experience here but it was very pleasant. I purchased the wrong oil filter for my daughters' vehicle and had to exchange. The clerk nicely looked up the proper filter and swapped it without any paperwork even though my package wasn't fully intact. Turns out a 2009 MKS has three different-sized filters. Seems unnecessary but whatever. This is no general auto store.”
