No stars..But its not a option.. I couldnt believe it this morning I wake up to $85.00 taking out of my bank account when I got gas last night.Ricm a recently single mom of 2 toddlers trying to make it through a pandemic and they just robbed me blind.I was on my wat to get groceries when I saw text message so I call store..Got hung up on.Then called 1-800 customer service number.I put $10.00 in my gas because I have no money.was in tears when she tells me it can take 2 -5 business days to clear.!!!!I I ALWAYS USE MY DEBIT CARD TO GET GAS AND I HAVE NEVER HAD A HOLD ON MY CARD.WELL ONCE I DID FOR 20.00 and I went to gas station and he fixed it and apologized.. BP pretty much told me oh well in a i dont care way.SHELL DOES NOT PUT HOLD ON ACCOUNTS.Because they care about their customers.My name is Angela im a hairdresser with 3 kids newly single mom... my salon I worked at went bankrupt due to pandemic.....DONT GIVE YOUR MONEY TK THESE HEARTLESS FU#*$%S!

Sold me a car wash when the machine was broken. Told me I had 14 days to come back and refused a refund. After 5 minutes of arguing finally received a refund. This place is bad.
