NO FREE BATTERY INSTALLATION IN TRUNK!
Purchased a battery today since mine is dying and need it installed. They said they can’t install it because it’s located in the trunk. Instead they referred me to a buddy mechanic down the street where I would have to pay to have it installed of course. They seem nice and helpful at the store, but I dont particularly trust that moving a mat and 1 bracket around a battery to install it warrants a mechanics visit when it’s supposed to be free here according to their site. Also they apparently stop installations at 4pm, not 6pm.

I've only had one experience here but it was very pleasant. I purchased the wrong oil filter for my daughters' vehicle and had to exchange. The clerk nicely looked up the proper filter and swapped it without any paperwork even though my package wasn't fully intact. Turns out a 2009 MKS has three different-sized filters. Seems unnecessary but whatever. This is no general auto store.

Small selection of everything... and there's like 4 guys that aren't even "working", they just sit and stare at you the whole time your there. Autozone and O'rilleys is definitely a better option

Had a spark plug wire go bad on my 2018 chevy silverado. They had single wires for sale. A bit pricey at $18, but it took care of the problem.

Drove an hour because they said they had my part, werent very friendly when i went in and gave me the wrong part, now have to drive over an hour to another store i could have gone in the first place, kiss my 4th of july goodbye lol

The worst PERIOD! The worst people ever from the manager to the staff. They literally lost 13 customers today RUDE! Don’t waste your money and come here, find something better!

The guy came out in the pouring and freezing rain to replace my wind shield wipers!! They also recommended their best blades to use!!! Definitely recommend using their services!!

Tony made me remember why I love advanced auto parts! He was really helpful and was able to confirm the battery issue that my mechanic told me about and get me taken care of. Later found out while he was helping me with the install process that he's the store owner as well! Great to know that even the boss of the store isn't afraid of getting his hands dirty and making sure customers leave happy!This is for sure my new go to car parts store due to the great personable service that was provided.
