Clothes are fine but the Tech Center staff is rude. The last few times I have been in the store I’ve been waited On at the register by a middle-age woman who is argumentative and unhelpful. I am not used to being treated like this in a store and if there was another Carters I could go to nearby I would.

Love the clearance selection at this store. However, Terri an employee literally followed me around the store and policed me the entire time. I felt extremely uncomfortable with this employee. I did let Terri know at the register how she made me feel.

I had bad experience with Staff member Ema at cash counter today. I said no to plastic bag and she asked me thrice “r u sure u don’t want?” “R u sure u want to take this stuff just like this in hands?” with weird face expression. I dont know whats the problem with her if i dont take the bag.Dear store manager please educate her to respect customer preference and also regarding plastic pollution. I may use the bag just for 2 min and it takes 1000’s of years to decompose.

I enjoy this store a lot, and the people who work here.
I my order didn't run as smoothly as it possibly could be, and it is my fault. I didn't update my Carters Profile Account for them to contact me.
Tim and Bree are fantastic and patient workers. I appreciate all the help that they have been with my package going all the way to WA.
Tim gave me a lot of needed information which helped tremendously. Bree helped me this morning with my tracking # and the details of the package. I am satisfied.
The store is clean, quite organized, tim is on top of his customer service game. I like the fact that I was present for an altercation. Tim and the other woman working along side took well care of the frustrated customer and did everything in their power to help her.
I rarely leave 5 stars for my reviews.
