Upon my visit february 24th approximately 3:00 in the afternoon, I was exchanging rolled coins, for cash. The teller said I will help you. Then ask me to input my checking debit card with my pin number. I have never been asked for my credit debit card for an exchange of coins after leaving the bank. I had never seen no transaction related with my debit card. I started getting fraudulent charges, directly after leaving the bank cleaning my bank account out to 0.00. I attempted to call the bank manager and was unsuccessful. I will contact the police next. My one star rating, it's for the attention of fraudulent charges happening inside of the bank.

Absolutely the worst bank ever, if you need someone who actually knows what they’re talking about it’s not this place, even the manager is a joke here. Save your time and sanity and choose ANY other bank

Absolute joke of an establishment. Wasted 4-5 days before wanting additional proof on a check that is legitimate. Not to mention it is an IRS check - how can't you verify a treasury check when YOU work with the TREASURY? Absolute joke.

Chase is a joke especially the fraud department. Save your money. Go to a different bank with better security, customer service and fraud department.
