Easy in and out ATM here. There are two of them, located right off of Dequindre and in front of Target too. Thank goodness for 24 hour ATMs when I need some cash for a place that doesn't take CC. What company doesn't take CC nowadays? There still exists such companies along Dequindre and John R, it seems.

Terrible. I have been her for over an hour waiting to open a simple bank account. There is only 1 person working and 6 people ahead of me.

Terrible!!! I hope you never have to make a deposit on Saturday or Sunday in their ATMs because you will get a message that it does not except cash deposits ? what a joke ...same story every single weekend!! Time for a new bank!!

This location is a joke. Tellers are super slow, and people that assist you with the accounts take forever. Only reason it's still in business is there's no other chase locations around.

After waiting 20 long minutes in line because there is only 1 teller, I finally get up to a non-smiling teller. It looks likes she hates her job. Without eye contact, she blurts out "what can I do for you?" I just want to deposit cash into a friend's account. She proceeds to tell me that Chase does not accept cash. What kind of bank does not accept cash. I now have to give them cashiers check. What a pain in the arse! She said unless I have an account with chase, she cannot process my deposit. That's when I said "you just lost my business ". I highly don't recommend this bank. Go somewhere else people. You will regret banking here.
