Only giving it one star because I have to select one. Place is dirty, staff are ignorant and never behind the counter, if they are they only have one person while the line is wrapped around the store and the others are “doing food” place sucks.

The lady behind the counter was annoyed when we approached her to pay and snapped at my boyfriend about needing to see his ID because we were buying tobacco products. My boyfriend already had his ID out and ready for her and had no problem showing it to her, but she snatched it from his hands, looked at it and told him that she “didn’t like the way it looked” and that she wouldn’t serve us. She didn’t scan it to prove that it was real and she wouldn’t take my ID instead. She didn’t answer my question when I asked what it was she didn’t like about it, she just continued to tell us she wouldn’t serve us. We put all of our stuff back and will not be coming back. Very disgusting service.

Milk is price at $7.00 a gallon. Why is milk so expensive. I will go without milk if I have to pay seven dollars for a gallon of milk.

Pumps not working or not working properly (buttons on pump don't work, other pumps bagged.) No hot food inside. Unfriendly service. Tried to overcharge me for AI checkout. Card reader didn't work. Tried a different register that worked. Not worth the trouble. Nothing but hassles. Avoid.

The lady behind the counter was rude. Didn't want to help and was insulting . " It's not that hard " was her words as I was trying to figure out the self checkout for the first time . And why was I trying to use the self checkout? The lady said the card reader was down and I had to do it .

Lady was so busy talking to the other employees and talking about social media on her phone that everybody had to repeat themselves. the line was getting longer. She could see he was frustrated. So she told me not to come back. I told her no problem. My kids, two ice creams were completely melted. The store just seems to be going downhill ever since it was put in. 8/12/2024 8:45pm

They charge taxes on food . I went intyer on Friday the 19 of July bought pop corn which was 4.99 the lady charge 5,19 I ask why she said taxes I said there is no taxes on food in Michigan but if it was it would have been 5.30Make make sense Please Thank You

Kayla decides to drop her drawer early when the morning work rush coming through, no change for a 100. I asked her why when morning rush, she said leaves at 6, so bc you want to do you, you drop drawer inconviening customers. Then she continues to say things to outsmart me, as she sees it doesnt bother me, she intentionally hits cash out button, change drops, i havent even handed her my money nor has she given me a total. She did this to delay transaction and be petty. I said can you just rerung me as she says oh i have to rering it, im like yea i noticed but i dont have time for you to void so can you just ring it. I say thank you for your kindness each time she does something petty and ignorant, like setting my id down instead of putting in my hand that was extended. So everytime i say thank you for being so polite even though shes really being a bloated jerk. So after i say i dont have time , can rering and voud mistake after, she says i dont have to serve you, great im calling corporate, she says go ahead its on camera. Exactly even how you cashed out before even giving me total then saying i dont have to sell to you if going to be smart comments. I say you have smart commets yourself tm not goung back and forth w you just do your job. But she couldnt , refused my 60 dollars of purchases and i went to work w no lunch etc, so i will spend my 200 a week i spent here somewhere else. Great job Kayla, you proved you could cost , lose the company 6 to 800 in sales a month by outsmarting the customer, what a winner , lmbo,

Staff is so so so rude! They yell and they don’t respect anybody. If I can I give minus 5 starts I would. Here is what happened,
waiting to checkout at the cash register after trying to use self checkout and it was offline, and she didn’t want to believe it was offline, instead she yelled at me “SIR, I JUST CHECKED FROM MY SIDE AND ITS WORKING”. lol. I had to explain that I wasn’t lying and there was a problem with the self checkout again while she is screaming and yelling because she did not like that she had to move from the back room to check my items out. It was so rude and unacceptable. And I’d never step a foot there.

someone stole my card info and spent $350 at this GAS STATION. what did they spend that much money on? why did the workers not question the transaction? why did they not ask for proof of identity on a transaction THAT large at a GAS STATION?????? great questions. good to know that scum of the earth shop at this circle k ?

I visited the Circle K yesterday morning. I was welcomed by CHRISTY one of the employees. Her customer service was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and courteous! The store was very clean and well stocked. Crack the Safe promo the store was running created a lot of excitement! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Happened along at the right time Saturday. Assistant manager Rich was super helpful and personable. He recommended signing up for their rewards so I could try to Crack the Safe and win a prize ... new promotion he was running that afternoon .... I didn't crack it this time but what a fun idea! (Plus, 35 cents off per gallon for gas was well worth signing up!) Clean store, good promotions and friendly service - very impressed!!
