The management and tellers of this branch have been nothing short of exceptional. They recognize us when we come in and answer all our questions. They have been very helpful in setting up accounts and helping our family get our affairs together. People don’t recognize the benefit of a good relationship with their banker until they need it.

Management at this branch is terrible. The main Manager Nala Kanou is very rude and RACIST she gave me the worst experience ever so bad I had to close down my bank account down avoid dealing with her very unprofessional didn’t even have the courtesy to help me with the problem she caused me because of her I wasn’t able to access my funds or get on my online banking for almost 30 days worst manager ever didn’t bother to help or give me any information had to do all the work on my own with customer service please avoid dealing this branch until there’s a new management.

Someone tried making an unauthorized purchase on my mother's card. I had to go down to straighten things out. A little miscommunication between the company and the branch because I was a POA on how to handle the situation.

I wouldn’t recommend this branch to anyone. They do a poor job of communicating with you and are not very helpful. They’re quick to cut you off while talking and they have no structure. Be careful signing up for a credit card I would do it online next time. Lesson learned.
