I am a former employee and called to be connected to the HR department and Joe answered the call. I told him what I needed and he placed me on hold for exactly ten minutes (It would have been longer but I hung up at the 10 minute mark.). I’m pretty sure he hung up on me. When I worked there I would never treat a member or nonmember with such disrespect. If Joe is the kind of employee you guys have I suggest no one does business here! Absolutely deplorable behavior! I can’t imagine this is the first time he’s done something like this. He definitely needs to be “coached”!

I went into the location to resolve a charged off business account. After paying $300 to bring my business account current after unexpectedly losing my main source of income I was not notified that my personal account was on hold although the balance was paid up on my business account. I currently have money sitting in my account that they won’t let me access. My personal account was not in the negative and no one informed me of this. Additionally, due to my business account going into a charged off state they blocked my 17 year old son from being able to access his money on his account. I was at the bank for nearly two hours and no one ever told me a block was placed on my personal account. Why is there a block on my account when I have paid all monies due and my personal account was not in the negative. It’s an absolute horrible feeling to not have access to rent money due to this and everyone that I speak with doesn’t have an answer.

Had a dispute with a third party website purchase. Once I gave them the proper information, my resolve was the the funds were promptly returned to my acct. Thank you Andrea! Great service.

I just worked with a customer contact center staff member, Ron M., who was exceptionally helpful with a specific need that I had (lien release from a loan paid off around 15 years ago.) He was very enthusiastic and offered more help than I asked for. Another positive for this credit union was that he was available until 8pm, so we got it done quickly and after hours.

Samuel made me a member for life at the credit union. He was a marvel and ended up giving me a new lens on my finances. Sam treated you as if YOU were one of his own. Everything was swift, transparent, and full of clarity. The whole experience left a mark on me. If you’re reading this it is so important that before you step foot into a dealership or any kind of auto loan or even home loan for that matter, go to a credit union. The experience is different and it gives you perspective on things you wouldn’t have thought about before. Once again, thank you Sam!! ❤️

I came to this credit union and opened a business account for my small business. While the process was easy, albeit 2 hours long which is fine, and the lady that helped me was very friendly and cordial, the experience could be considered a 'lemon law' in terms of opening and closing the account over the span of one business day (weekend inbetween).I opened the account on Friday. The forms I filled out had names in confusing locations, such as my birth name as my business name on the form, and my business name was my given/birth name. I asked if this was a problem and was informed that it wouldn't be. It also confused me but was assured it wouldn't be a problem with the name having incorrect punctuation and additional words/letterings attached to it. The name of the DBA is its name, nothing more, nothing less. Again, I was assured it should be fine.I came home to get my online banking set up, only to have error after error to the point where I called customer service and spoke to a lady (very friendly and helpful!) and she looked at my information. Come to find out, a lot of additional information wasn't correct because the paperwork wasn't thoroughly gone through at the location. I was feeling incredibly defeated because opening a business account should be an experience that isn't wrought with dread and major errors and uncertainties. So I was told that I'd be getting a call back from someone on Monday (today).No call-back, and when I tried to get to someone over the telephone (calling from my day job), they wanted information that I didn't have access to in the computer system to get a person on the line (such as EIN, and so on). I hung up and was feeling completely flattened. I couldn't take the gut-wrenching feeling that this isn't good.I went to the location I opened the account within and had the account closed after explaining what was going on and how I can't access anything, no one reached out to me to rectify the situation, and that while I appreciate their kindness and promptness to help with my situation, I simply wasn't feeling right with continuing.I hope that they have continued success with other customers and prospect bankers in the future. I simply figured I'd share my experience with what happened. As such, the 2-star rating is only because of the fact that I had opened the account on a Friday, and a business day later (weekends ya' know) I had it suspended. The employees are super nice and the location is convenient, but otherwise I was not happy.Best of luck to folks!
