I decided to shop here and was told the carts are put away in the back after 7pm. And I was not allowed a cart to shop with. This is a 24 hour cvs I should be allowed to shop here anytime and be allowed to use a cart anytime. I guess there manager allows them to be lazy and still get paid for working here.

I dropped off a prescription to be filled and asked how long the wait would be. They told me up to an hour and a half. Then I got a text 24 minutes later than it was ready. Now I have to make a second trip to the store because they were too selfish to give a honest answer. The customer service is really poor.

If you care about your life do not go here , it’s lady that works there on midnights that wears a scarf/bonnet on her head, very rude!! Insisted on being rude. Just take the trip to a different location cause respectfully that young lady did not care about getting my medication for my sick kid.

Parking lot is atrocious (very tight). People speeding from both directions, but once inside, the service is superb.

The pharmacy here is INCREDIBLY SLOW. No matter what time of day or the day of the week. Backed up lines outside in the drive thru and inside! I will be looking for change pharmacies because this has gotten to a point that’s just ridiculous.

Pharmacy was crazy busy at 9:30 and the wait wasn’t too bad. I can’t imagine working here because this is the most busiest CVS I’ve ever seen. I spoke with Amanda and she was such a sweetheart. Was able to fill a prescription for my father in just over five minutes and she had the best attitude. Typically pharmacies will have you wrap around and wait in line again and she was let’s just get this done so we can move the line. These are the kinds of employees that make customers return for future service. Thank you so much Amanda, you provided resolve for a difficult situation.

I have never experienced like that before. They give me damaged medicine and When I simply asked for exchange the lady pharmacist agreed to exchange it but when i called to pick up the male pharmacist denied to do it. He said i have to pay for it and he need another prescription and to give me refills. That’s not my fault that they gave me damage medicine. I took it 1 week and it did not feel good I stopped taking it after that. Cvs was my best option before but from last couple years they are hiring some unprofessional and less experienced stuff. It should not be right. It’s a pharmacy they need to be more careful about customers health. I can understand human error! but not cooperating and totally denied to help is not something a pharmacy should do. Changing my whole family’s pharmacy. CVS location 10 mile zip 48091

I placed a photo order at this location. Sabine was very helpful. My yard sign was scratched by the time that I got it to the vehicle, she made sure I was taken care of.
