When I asked the cashier if I had any coupons she said “no” that’s the first thing I checked. Come to find out I not only had coupon offers but also my monthly “care reward” had not been used by myself or a family member. Next time I will use the self checkout to check my own rewards and offers.

VERYY DISAPPOINTED IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECIEVE FROM THIS STORE. Employees are very rude. I continue to contact them about my photos that were supposed to have been returned to them over a month ago. EVERYTIME I call they are very vague with me. I spoke with a supervisor from a different store, they advised the store that sent them out would be able to locate them for me. When I called the store I spoke with a supervisor and explained to them how long I was waiting to hear back from them and those photos were important as they are my child’s 1st birthday pictures. He said they don’t track photos and if they did he wouldn’t know how to. He did tell me I can track them myself however when I attempted to do so they say my photos have been stuck in SOUTH CAROLINA since MARCH 4th. Called in a few moments ago sales representative answered the phone as I was inquiring about my photos again she said ma’am I have customers I have to go and hung up on me in my face.

I think the pharmacist's name was Saad. He is horrible. He would not listen to my husband when we went in to get him the flu and covid booster. My husband has problems with needles, and this pharmacist made it worse. Husband was deep breathing to calm himself, Saad refused to give him the shots. Saad asked the standard health questions and got to the adverse reaction to vaccines. My husband responded 'years ago when live viruses were in the flu shots' Saad told him that he will not give him a shot, to go to our general practioner doctor or go to a minute clinic, but he would not give him a shot. Unfortunately, because of scheduling, Tuesday was the only day he would be able to get the shot. My husband walked out and told me to talk to Saad. So I did. I asked him what was going on. He was sneering at me, and said that he told my husband he would not give him a shot and he needs to go to his General Practioner's doctor's office for the shots or go to Minute Clinic and that he won't give him a shot. He started to tell me that it was because of his anxiety, and I said that he wears a needle in his arm for glucose monitor, and gives himself shots on a weekly basis. Nope, not good enough. I will not give him a shot. Then he says because of his medical history and adverse reactions to vaccines in the past, that he will not. I cut him off, and said that it was 25 years ago when live flu cells were used, which they are not today, are they? He said no they are not. Then he said he will not give him a shot because of his adverse reaction to the flu shot.... I again, this time louder, said because he had the live flu cells in that shot which is why and he's had flu shots since then that did not.... Again, this guy cut me off and said that he will not give him the shot because of his adverse.... I tossed the merchandise on the counter, and said that he and other bad pharmacists who don't listen to patients are the reason why people hate CVS pharmacy. I was shaking by the time I got done speaking with the manager of the store to complain. This Saad guy needs to be fired and go back to pharmacy school and learn to listen to people, not assume he knows everything. It's part of your job to do vaccinations, and it was clear from the get go that you did not want to do your job.
